The National Museum is a striking architectural feature of traditional Malay architecture. It is famous for its rich historical heritage in the center of Kuala Lumpur. After a recent upgrade in 2008, the museum has become a more attractive and interactive place for visitors, allowing them to explore the history of Malaysia from prehistoric times to today.
Interestingly, there are old steam trains on display outside, as well as beautiful gardens, and the exhibitions are carefully placed. Highly recommended.
