Laguna Beach is a coastal city located in southern Orange County, California USA. It’s known for its many art museums, galleries and communities, scenic coves and beautiful beaches.
The iconic Main Beach is located in the heart of downtown. It is where you can find the historic 1929 lifeguard tower. The beachfront park features volleyball and basketball courts, tide pools and a boardwalk leading to the paths and gardens of nearby Heisler Park.

Would you consider adding north end Laguna also some day? Over a dozen art Galleries,and shops as well,several restaurants,and Heisler Park make for a wonderful stroll on any day. Sunsets are magnificent viewed from Heisler Park.

Nice peak into the city center, but you spent the whole 35 minutes downtown and at Main Beach... there is SOOOOOO much more to see north and south of where you filmed. There are 27 distinct beaches and coves, intricate and gorgeous walkable neighborhoods, multiple boutique shopping districts, entertainment and arts centers, a winding canyon abutting thousands of acres of mountainous open space and hiking trails, etc.

what is great about a walking tour like this is that it gives you a "Police Eye" view of what kind of people are walking around the area. A great way to scope out an area before you travel there with your family! When I went to San Diego there were shady thugs in the area in and around the tourist shops and it gave me an uneasy feeling.

Nothing like the 90s when I was there. It's built up now with a giant freeway going through the downtown. Not the quaint, quiet beach town that I remember. You can have it. No thanks!

The busy highway going straight through downtown makes it chaotic. You feel you could get run over just trying to cross the street. Not relaxing.

At 6:48 mark of the video, you can see the historic Lifeguard Tower. Right in front of it is the lifeguard. You can also see some smaller stations around the boardwalk.

The population is like 500 people more than live in my town but it LOOKS like a lot more. It says the population there is 23k and a few. Just saying since a lot were talking about how many people there are. Much rather live there than in LA.
