i wouldnt recommend for you to go at this time of the year. apart from the strong rains, its very humid and hot when its not. i would suggest going at a later date with less rain and humidity. all in all PV is still a great place to stay as a digital nomad or on vacation even if you just have to hang out in the malecon area. i usually just end up spending my afternoon in this area watching the sunset, the people, the birds and listening to the sound of the waves and the smell of salty air.
