@@steffonmohammed3953 I live there and the north for the over 40 years so I actually have a good idea of the crime situation in Fyzabad and it’s environs and the north and there is a sharp contrast in crime levels. In fact where I live in the north I could lose my camera while recording like this, which obviously isn’t the case here in Fyzabad. So yes… it is a SAFE ZONE.

Wow! I must tell you thank you so much for your comment. It’s for this main reason I made these videos and I myself enjoy visiting places I knew a a child and my younger years so it so nice that you got the sentiment behind the video. Again thank you so much.

@@trinidadnow ... I appreciate videos like yours as they are reminders of our past, shows us the passage of time and the vast possibilities for the future. A perfect example is the Children's Court further up the street close to the junction of Delhi Road. That spot used to be a Knitting Factory business many many years ago, and it's now a Courthouse... that's progress for Fyzo who never had the finances pumped into it seeing that we were the seat of the oil belt. Hopefully the landowners like the Seenaths and Bates and Chilbils sell out or repurpose the vacant lands and buildings on the main road thus allowing new and improved commerce and businesses to flourish.... and make Fyzabad a booming place once again as in my early childhood days when our market used to be considered on a grand scale and the Apex Savannah ground hosted the calypso tents and shows. Talk about nostalgia 😂

@@carolking8835 WOW! your historical information is greatly appreciated. In fact that day I was suppose to finish my video at Low Price Grocery where the "original" Screamers is but that area was under 5 feet of water and ALL traffic had to be diverted through Avocat. So ALL Penal, San Fransique, Siparia etc had to be diverted through Avocat that day owing to terrible flooding in many areas of Trinidad. But I am not finished with Fyzabad and environs.... I have to complete this video and do a video heading back to Avocat, Avocat, St. John Road etc. So you can probably subscribe and click the notification button.... and please don't be a stranger. I spent most of my growing up years as a child in this area… actually in Avocat to be more accurate.
