I applaud people who make these kinds of series. It's fascinating how life was on Earth millions of years ago and it's also amazing how human discovery has brought us knowledge of the distant past. Dinosaurs are gone, but they will never be forgotten.
The cretaceous period was the saddest part of the reign of the dinosaurs.but their lives have left a big impact on us,and where we come from, and marks a time when life was at its grandest and life could never replicate the mesozoic era ever again. Dinosaurs may be gone but sure as hell not forgotten
The smallest dinosaurs know as birds survived the extinction and are all around us today. Asteriornis, a Neornithe bird, is a bird found in Belgim Maastric formation with rocks that date to the end of the Cretaceous within the last 500,000 years of the Maastrichian period and through to the Danian. The Danian is part of the Paleocean which is the first 10 million years after the end of the Cretaceous period. Interesting video though. As WWD put it "In their place emerged other powerful and beautiful creatures (showcasing large African mammals such as Elephents, buffalo, rhinos, lions). And we now know that one small group of dinosaurs did survive the extinction...the birds" (showcases birds interacting with African mammals and a flock of snow geese flying off). That was the most iconic segment of the last episode of WWD other than the extinction and the T.rex.
Once frontier is finished with Jurassic world evolution 2 and all the dinosaur and creature packs they make have been released will there be a season 2 of this?
Awesome ending for a great series. Excellent work. I know that the series is over (sadly) but with Prehistoric Kingdom there's more possibilities for let's say "spin off" episodes. Or even a Walking with Best series. But the way that you managed with the limitations of this game is very remarkable.
Okay, so this episode is like the huge payoff in the series where we get to see pretty much all of the most famous dinosaurs that have inspired us from youth. I really like the final touch at the end where you put a compilation of a lot of the clips that we have seen in the past episodes. Instead of somberly ending the series like in the original WWD series, you decided to make it triumphant of the fact that the Earth got to experience all of these magnificent creatures and that we can still learn about them via fossil records, and I really really really adore that. Favorite episode out of the entire series. I got to see Triceratops, my favorite dinosaur since when I was like 8, in its full majesty, and the series finale was a huge payoff. It has been a great journey. Thank you for inspiring me and sparking my interest that I once had for biological paleontology in my childhood after all these years as an adult.
Holy hell! This is great! I like how you not only added the music from the actual Walking with Dinosaurs documentary, but also from Prehistoric Park. I liked the Prehistoric Park score that was playing when the Tyrannosaurus was fighting the Triceratops.
Duck billed dinos have it rough compared to the others: Ceratopsids have horns, Ankylosaurs has armour Sauropods have size Ornithomimids have speed Pachycephalosaurs had dome heads Pterosaurs have flight Hadrosaurs have nothing except for crests and bills.
Lion Heart. Dream on and Get Real ~ You Weren't a Thought or Even a Dream! Appreciate your Attempt at HUMOR But if Your Terminal and walking due to be Exstinct ~ Walk With Me¥ Xxx
Finally, the Hell Creek episode. It was a great episode, and a wonderful conclusion to the series. Only criticisms is that Hell Creek was never subject to volcanic activity like this, and that there was probably no sexual dimorphism in Tyrannosaurus i.e. males may very well have been bigger and stronger than females, as with most species.
I have never understood why the creators of these things have a tyrannosaur tossing away a perfectly good meal. So many misspellings....fun to watch nonetheless.
Good job! This is one of my favorite chapters of yours. I could have imagined another chapter about mongolia 70 million years ago with velociraptors (troodon in the game), tarbosaurus (t-rex or albertosaurus) and more... It could have been a special episode or idk... But anyways... I liked it!👍
This is the coolest thing I have seen done with a game since those Halo 3 comedy films back in 2011, I can’t wait to see more of these this was so great...Big Al when?
Leslie Chu ok but we dont have most of the dinosaurs, so if you see sinoceratops, just don’t say “sinoceratops as pachyrinosaurus? Plz no, drowning dryosaurus!”
Man, you must continue the series. In the game a lot more dinos, that you can use on other places. We all need part 2 of WWD, from you. You can even use other dino games for video.
In this episode, you could actually have shown baby and adult dinosaurs together, as it is theorized that dracorex and stygimoloch are really young pachycephalosaurus.
caminando con dinosaurios la serie 2021 se estrena al 7 septiembre en dicovery kids despues del final de power players temporada 2 esta serie contara con un 10000000 de episodios
Great end to the series. Beautiful footage capture and awesome narrative. Only criticisms is a more vigilant spell check and maybe replace the text with actual narration. 👍🏻 awesome work.
Incorrect about T-Rex attacking Triceratops. There are no known injuries on T-Rex skeletons caused by long horns. T-Rex is thought to have only scavenged large horned herbivores. Possibly, only attacking those that couldn't defend themselves (young, old, and sick animals).
