I would like to deepen daily centering prayer practice and also meet, feel, and release unhealthy triggers of emotional response keeping me stuck in repetitive patterns.

I like the idea of writers (Merton) being my mentor. I've already enrolled in the next class, but thought completing this mini-course first was a good place to "warm up."
