To make it easier you can stall an extra attack on stage one (the smaller back character) instead of stalling another shuffle turn on Enel. Because stage one hits less than Enel does I don't need any meat obs, plus I only heal +64 on my double doffy team anyway. I have the same team as the zeen except koza, swapped him for Mr1 int unit (don't have a koza). If you're using Mr1 then you need at least one special up on your doffy and 2 on your friends doffy. Just a tip for anyone who reads this message.

double Doffy + Mihawk + Law + AI Zoro + GP Usopp or Mihawk (f) + Doffy + Mihawk + Law + GP Usopp + Jack Zoro specials of Doffy and Mihawk must atleast 25 - 26 and GP Usopp needs atleast at 12 cd. you can also stall on 3rd stage by using GP Usopp for another 3 extra turns.
You can actually stall enough on stage 3 to have both Doflamingo's specials up, even with 0 skill-ups. You will need to swap Koza with Mr. 1 who has more HP and ATK, doing so you have enough HP (If you are above 71K you won't even need to bother with meat orbs) to stall at stage 3 (use GP Usopp as soon as you can and he will be ready for the execution of Enel) This is about 30 turns of stalling.
I got 60 using sadly 8 gems, but it got me a solid LV23, used Mihawk friend, Captain Doffy, Ashura Ichibugin Zoro, Koza, GP Usopp. No Mihawk ship. I only uses so many cause I goofed and he uses the heavy damage 20% left Amaru.

I swap Koza with TS brook and it works great because Ts brook have a 1.75x boost spe for slashers so it's better than 1.5x. Just a tip for everyone (Zoro 3d2y have 1.75x slashers atk too on his spe)
I used a max Marco in my team and I could stall for ages for my lvl 85 doofy with no special ups, what made this raid super easy, so If u have a Marco with special lvl around 28 try it out
+Francisco Javier drake is alright. i got him 4 star and evolved him. i dont think i have any friends that use drake if you wanna add me my id is 143 706 935. i also have doffy, enel, mihawk, ivankov, marco, blackbeard and some others

you dont need Doffy special lvls. I even farmed him with a Mihawk/Doffy Team with Mihawk, Law, GPU, HW Zoro. after he clears the turn delay buff from GPU you can delay him again with zoro without taking a hit.
@zeeni Actually you can GPU at stage 3 (has to be at 11 turns) and stall some more turns so you don't need any special ups on Captain/ Friend Doffy at all. Enel run takes quite some time that way, but I was able to farm Enel 60 sta consistently ;D Congrats for making the best optc videos on youtube imo✌

I have no doubts that this team would be destroyed on 40 stam/ 60 stam, but hey, it got the job done! :D Noob teams ftw!
+red I'd say just keep whatever characters have a useful special or good stats. If you're just starting out and it's hard to tell what's useful, if you recognize them from the anime right away, they're probably useful.

I wasn't ready for him at all. First wasted 1 gem for 40 stam didn't get him. Then 3 gems on 60 stam. Never doing that again until I either max out Doflamingo or manage to pull a Law. Atleast I got 1 copy thankfully. His special isn't what makes him as awesome as he is anyhow. Plus I'm well stocked with RCV cotton candy.
Hey Zeeni, I was wondering. I have a quite good dex team and can almost follow this entire strategy. But I only don't have a miss double fingers or a xhosa. So is it still doable without that boost? I do have like 73 or 75 k health with this strategy?
only used 2 gems with double zoro captain and flintlock pistols Izo, black clad Ace 6*, hero of the forest Usopp and white chase Smoker - with no specials or levels maxed out yet - still worked really well
I thought enel 60 Stamina would be much harder ! I 've used the Same Team but as Captain mihawk and doflamingo (without dofi special attack ready) and because the Special of koza was Never ready i changed Him with Halloween zoro, so i've got one more turn from his special !!
Then I will be sure to clear it good and wait for Doflamingo Raid. I almost did the Doflamingo Raid He was like 1k or 500 HP and then he killed me and I didn't have a Gem. Well then I prepare me first and do Doflamingo Raid and Evolve him I actually need the Mihawk Ship too. But anyway Thank you for your help Zeeni~
zeeni i dont have law and my mihawk isnt max, can i use croc for the orb shuffle ? and would it be enough dmg if i take 3d2y zoro instead of koza since i lose out on the dex advantage with croc instead of law... i do have koza btw, just asking because zoros boost is higher ^^

+3ynroc3 it depends on when you are going to let characters hit you, and how many food orbs you have access to. You can push it into 2nd cycle of lightning if you take a hit and leave stage 2 on turn 9 instead of 6.
I have a question. If I use both doffy' special at the same turn. The special the is boost attach x4 since each doffy boost x2? I think I see the dialogue in the game says only one doffy' boost attack activated when use both of them in the same turn? Same thing happens to Enel too?
just out of curiosity: did you guys, who can farm enel 60stamina spent money on optc? i know zeenigami has but i havent and im quite happy that i can farm enel :D
+Fatal Fury Well I'm over 320 days into the game so it's not that suprising. Most of the important units are max lvl and you don't really need any rr chars to beat enel.

+Ego Zocker With optimal stalling you won't have Mihawk ready before Enel's debuff goes away anyways. But, % HP specials aren't usually effected by defense.
+Zeenigami my doofy has a 23 turn cooldown, so i need to Stall a bit longer and usually my mihawks are ready the Moment i Hit the stage. So i thought about using one mihawk special at the Start to Deal more damage. Even though i dont need it really but was just curious if it would work.
