sold!!!! Think it will very good for me to consciously draw on what I already know about alchemical process and its symbology. That will put more synergistic fire into bonding and reading with the deck.
Oh, that King of Cups and the Centaur court card! The coloring, the vintage feel, all of this! Honestly, I don't mind having to look up the symbolism; I like learning new things and writing down what I find will help get it into my head, as well as help me with my journaling.
This is such a great walkthrough. Your voice is so soothing. This deck is pulling at me; I'm not sure why I'm resisting. I've been looking for an antique-looking deck, but I'm not sure how I feel about the pippish minors.
I couldn’t stop thinking about this deck after I have seen it on your Instagram. I almost ordered the book as well, but the cost of it prevented me from pressing the button. After viewing your video and learning that the book is not going in depth on some additional symbolism I decided to save on some cash. However, I am sure after playing with it I will end up spending time on researching it anyway. This will be my first deck purchase of the year. I am trying to be very selective moving forward, but this one is a sure must have in the collection.
I’m so happy you got it. I honestly love mine. Like you, I’m being extremely careful what I buy this year. I’m making sure I do plenty of research before I part with my money this time around. This is why I’ve always ended up with so many decks that don’t get used ❤️
A very beautiful deck that is essentially a RWS clone. The book is a RWS extended lwb €50....hhmmmm. it seems the price of beauty has become subject to inflation.
I do have to agree Mel. I would’ve liked to see a lot more info about alchemy and hermiticism. I do however think the artwork is beautiful. It’s a very ‘grown up’ kind of deck. But yes, it is a little out of my own price range.
Would you say its worth it to get the guidebook if you're pretty well versed in RWS and Marseille? If it just talks about traditional tarot meanings and doesn't really get into the artwork, if like to skip the book
