Such a beautiful deck, I can't quite make up my mind about it. It's one of those decks that's 'almost too beautiful'. I don't know if you know what I mean and I don't know how to explain that. It's like an art deck in a box, that I don't think I'd find myself pulling for use other than to walk through some images like a visit to a museum. The price point is very good, but I can't decide it it's a deck that would end up just sitting on my shelves, or if I'd actually make use of it. I've seen a couple of walkthroughs, but thanks for showing it again and sharing your thoughts.
I'm not one for eyeballs, they are freaky to me, but even though this deck is based on eyes, they don't bother me at all. I just love this deck, it's like no other in my tarot collection. I pre-ordered it. The art work is stunning. Love the black background. Many new mass market decks are getting so expensive, being retired, I have to wait to buy during a sale, but this one is at an affordable price. ( Thanks Us Games) I have paired it with The Universal Folk Oracle deck. I've been using it alot this fall and will definitely be part of my Fall/ Winter rotation. Thanks for sharing 🥰
I get what you mean when you say it makes you think of Art Nouveau. There’s this swirly/flowy feel, the way the petals are almost like feathers. Something in the art that reminds me Yoshitaka Amano’s work. The Hermit is just stunning ❤
