Today's pilates class is a 1 hour full body workout routine. We will begin with standing lower body exercises using the wall for some of the classic pilates positions. Then we will move to the floor for back extension, abdominal work, and stretching with the wall as our prop. This class will improve your posture, challenge your strength and keep you interested.

I really enjoy myofascial using rollers and balls - this may be something to add to Pilates that will help improve subtleness before stretching and boost strengthening postures.

I just did this workout and I am aware of how much stronger my right side is. I noticed my arms bending during the leg lifts and I need to work on my back strength. Thanks for this workout, I love wall pilates!

So glad that you always bring a challenging and creative pilates workout to all of us! I have NOT much space in my airbnb, and haha it was a "little bit" (!!!) difficult with my long legs 😂 but because i have none of my props here 😭 i am so thankful for your workouts!!
