This is actually an entirely different company, LCG games acquired the Telltale games name after 2018, & they decided to revive the brand & rerelease their old games but they dont have any affiliation with the original Telltale.

Look it's a much better experience if you played on the original standalone versions on Xbox, Playstation, PC, Mac, or Mobile. those Non-Netflix versions actually have more choices and of course more Episodes!

They have lost the rights to Minecraft Story Mode. Because it's not for sale anymore (at least on box it isn't). The walking dead is still for sale. But I think The Walking Dead games are currently under SkyBound. Unless they bought those rights from skybound.

I’d love to see remasters and not just re-releases of the classic Telltale stuff. Don’t know if that’s possible, but even simple things like Ben Whitehead re-recording his voice lines years later with more practice could not only improve the games themselves but also interest new people in getting them, not just those with already fond memories-similar to how the Sam & Max remaster has reignited the fan base on a surprisingly huge scale.

Telltale I have a specially request although it is not simple to solve because of all your other projects. Which we your fans appreciate. You are a studio that must live on forever. A institution for story driven games. Never stop dreaming telltale anything is possible. I hope you can find better ways to profit of your great games. I know it's hard going against pay to wins and other micro transaction intensive games like the cod franchise etc. My only request please port more of your games to mobile whenever you reach that point again. Thank you for saving this studio to the current team.

I remember when i was a kid, watched the W&G movie extras and a trailer of this game. I was so desperate to find this game, eventually i found it yeras ago, played it and it had all the charm from the original episodes and the movie. I will try to buy it, though it isn't a well known franchise, but i hope it sells well for Telltale to get back on their ground.

@Daniel Upsidedownhouse nope, xbox one and ps4 are still powerful and the game was already launched for these consoles! (season 2 and 1) Wii U is not powerful enough to handle the game. If mcsm season 3 will appear, the graphics will be of course much better

Telltale, if possible. Please bring back minecraft story mode season 3

They lost the rights to it. That is why you can't get Minecraft Story anywhere (apart from Netflix) to my knowledge. So unless they want to pay Microsoft a tonne of money. We aren't getting it in a while. It's still technically possible. Depends on the sales and quality of their new games. Besides even if they did have rights, they are a small team. So in my opinion they should really be working on 1 big project at a time. They are working on the Wolf Among Us 2 currently sooo we will have to wait a few years. I predict that their next big project will be Batman since I think they still have the rights to it.

@@drlukas4242 you can't download it anywhere, that much I know, but what if you bought it physically like Xbox or Playstation?

@@alexslusher16 I think you can use it then. Because the game on Xbox is technically still on store just not for sale. This was made so that people who bought the game still can play the game. So that telltale, Microsoft , Skybound or however don't have to do refunds.

@@drlukas4242 I miss Minecraft Story Mode. I do wish we got a season 3. I hope in the future, Telltale can get the rights to Minecraft, Batman and Guardians of the Galaxy back. I'd love to see continuations. *correction* Batman is still on Steam so maybe they still own Batman.

@@alexslusher16 they do still own Batman. Also just because it's for sale doesn't mean that the new telltale owns it. To my knowledge the walking dead series is currently own my Skybound. Currently I don't think Skybound is doing anything that great with the ip so it's possible for the new telltale to get it back.
