Two things amaze me this far into the game’s life cycle: 1. More people than I thought don’t know what snapshots are 2. Most people don’t know that Battle Hardened counters snapshots

I reckon thats the best way to handle the rounds. Lower the penetration massively so its LMG levels, but make it so it can shoot through riot shields with reduced damage.
