Please advise the difference in price when you compare quarry stone and precast panels when building a simple 3brm bungalow all ensuite.

what prevents the walls from falling/toppling in case of a horizontal push coz they don't have the woop iron, like the contemporary stone walls.2ndly how strong is the jointing mechanism of the walls with the foundation walling?
The purpose of foundation walling is that it also acts as a retaining wall, since you are having a whole slab void underneath without a backfill don't you think that foundation walling becomes weak?
How is the panel reinforced yet you say they cant be load bearing walls. Architects and Structural engineers here ooo. Sound needs a hollow to vibrate. you have holes in there. only when you insulate it, then it can prevent the transfer of sound. Come on bruh.
