To fold and carry, it would be best to remove both batteries and the seat as well. Enough range for some serious bike exploring.
@maximpulse

I thought the same thing: why not remove one or both batteries and then see how much it weighs. It might make sense to heft the bike (sans batteries) into a trunk and then lift in each battery separately.

@@Mia-kf2ie How the heck would I know? I don't have one of these bikes. It might be easy to pull out one or two batteries and easy to pop them back in again. Maybe it would be too much work. It was just an idea,, but I have to say you don't contribute anything by tossing out such a vague term as "troublesome". At the moment you seem troublesome.

@@Mia-kf2ie The rear battery is easy... just flip the seat up, unlock the battery, and lift. For the front battery you have to fold the bike, release the battery, and pull it out of the frame, so it's a bit less convenient.

I wish I could use my h6 dual battery e bike. I bought it off amazon, and a few months there were broken welds on the frame. I contacted support and they sent me another frame to me here in Arizona in a box that by the time I got it a month later was so beaten and broken that AFTER I paid a bike company $200 to replace the entire frame, we found out the one that was sent was bent at the hinge on the body of the frame so it would not close properly and it wasn't possible to lock the frame closed. I desperately tried for months to get wallke to help me, and provided the written statement from the bike company invoice saying the hinge on the frame was bent causing the bike to not be able to be locked in the closed position, and the bike was unsafe to use. Wallke refused to believe me or the bike shop, and refused to do anything other than send a new locking mechanism, which would not fix the fact that the hinge on the frame, not the locking mechanism is bent. I regret spending $2500 on a bike I got to use less than a dozen times. I would seriously avoid this company.

A fast bike with a lot of nice features. great that it come with 2 batteries. Have to remove the mirrors, which should improve the aerodynamics, then try a top speed run again. Might also try a down hill run just for fun.
@jakereal3604
@jakereal3604 Год назад
Remove the mirrors ??? Lololol a bike with a person on it probably has the aerodynamics of an upright brick or worse! At 30 mph or less these little mirrors are a very negligible wind drag that will not be noticeable with or without regarding the range of the bike or it’s top speed. Just sayin

The duel battery makes the bike to cumbersome, what's needed are batteries with higher capacities/energy density, so you can have more range. Hopefully solid state or some other new battery technology will be available soon for e-bikes.

I really wish Wallke would figure out a couple of things that would make their 20"x4" folding bikes really cool. 1.) The crank is too small. They need to make this thing big enough to keep up with the throttle at 30 mph. 2.) The handlebars are garbage and look terrible. Put something on that look more like BMX handlebars. With regard to folding and transporting the bike, you need to put the kickstand up before folding. Use a velcro strap to keep it together after folding. Take the battery out before lifting this thing, and store the battery in a fire retardant bag.
@bigtexhand
@bigtexhand Год назад
I just ordered my H6 yesterday and also have a DAVIDBRANDNEW turtle neck FX stem advanced ordered as well. That stem will let you use any BMX threadless style stem and BMX bars. A larger chain ring / smaller rear gear would eliminate the ghost pedaling at higher speeds, not ideal to have to swap parts on a new bike but I'm always tinkering with my stuff regardless.
@billyidol2115
@billyidol2115 Год назад
Yeah I heard this thing weighs 90 pounds if you just fold it up and velcro it together. That's pretty damn heavy you're not going to want to carry that very far except maybe up your stairs to your apartment? Lol and I would be concerned with people stealing these. I know that they come with a nice Lock & Chain in the box, but I would rather have some type of option to order one with an actual onboard alarm wired into the device? That way even if I have it all locked up, if somebody messes with it and moves it, the alarm goes off with a piercing alarm, and of course also alerts my phone within a few seconds! I'd like for them to offer stuff like that?

I prefer non-motorcycle looks for the sake of riding trails, love range, and I like a bit of extra power for safety margins. This bike ticks the range and power boxes, but the design has me conflicted. The first half is light and innocent looking as a Lectric XP, but from the hinge back it's all Mad Max electric motorcycle! But at least that way, people won't yell at me until get past them. The brake rotor are massive and have a huge contact area, but if the brake pads are standard size then the rotor is just wasted material and weight. Thanks for an awesome review!

I'm with you man, I'm seriously thinking about it. I'm just wondering about that Peg system in the back for any Riders feet? How sturdy is that assembly back there? I'm thinking I have to assemble that? Or is it like solid all the way through the axle and the frame for a person to put their feet on those too small of pegs? I've heard bike experts say that you should put the professional heavy-duty cranks inside those pedal assembly also. Those are the first things to go because they're always so cheap. Also, I've heard you should always get the top-of-the-line heavy-duty inner tubes, you don't want every little piece of glass or something popping your tire That would be an obvious disaster to have a big heavy bike like this to have a flat because the inside inner tube was just cheap and any little puncture would go right through it

But I'm hoping I can change sprockets and contribute all the time with a different gear ratio. V good bike! The handles are a little grandma ish. Slippery pedals. Seat hurts haha but v good. Grizzly has nylon gears from what I understand.
@geemy9675
@geemy9675 2 года назад
@@gothamtyler grizzly is 2x 1000/1850w custom bafang motors with steel gears. 3700W peak and having two motors you have twice the thermal inertia and cooling capacity. at least twice the torque (the grizzly V1 was 2x80Nm, haven't find the torque for the v2). so climbing the same hill at the same speed, the grizzly will use half the torque on each motor, so lower amps, on a climb where a single motor would slow down and overheat, the grizzly will just cruise up the hill. I think it's two completely different beasts. if you want just to cruise at top speed on flat roads one motor probably is just as good. 1300W is like a low power gas moped and, 3700W is like a tuned liquid cooled two stroke 50cc or an air cooled 100cc 4 stroke. the grizzly is just geared low compared to it's power output, so top speed does not reflect the power. onyx makes even more powerful single motor mopeds that go 45mph or 60mph they are probably more suited to riding on the roads than the grizzly

I am thinking the same about the Grizzly. Looks like the Wallke with it's more upright position may be better to pedal versus the Grizzle or Super 73 style bikes. I bet pulling both batteries would reduce the weight by 14 or 15 pounds.... still, lift with your legs ;-)

At around the middle of this, you talked about the rear seat and those pegs in the back? Here's what I don't get, the manufacturer says it can hold up to 350lbs for "NORMAL" traveling under ideal conditions? So obviously you could have 100+ -pound girlfriend full size 5 ft tall or more, that wants to ride with you? I just want to know why they didn't put a little bit better peg system in the back for her feet? I was looking at that rear axle pegging system and the secureness and how sturdy that's going to be back there? And some kind of bracketing accessory you could buy two raise that rear seat up say 4- 5 in higher off of that back frame so a fairly normal size adult doesn't have their legs cramped up all the way? I mean that's what makes these bikes more desirable is the fact that you're able to ride around your girlfriend, not just some little seven or eight-year-old sister or something

Is everyone here saved? Our relationship with God is the only thing that matters. God is real and God is love. God wants us to love Him above everyone and everything in exsistence. God also wants us to keep His commandments, love our neighbors as ourselves, and do our best not to sin. We all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. This is why God sent His son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins so that all those who believe in God, do their best not to sin, and to live a life that is pleasing to God will not perish but have everlasting life. Heaven and hell exsist and the things we say and do in this lifetime will testify for us or against us and determine where we spend eternity. Forgiving others is very important. If we can't forgive others. God will not forgive us. Always remember our enemies are demons not the people they work thru. God expects everyone who knows the truth to tell everyone who has been decieved. There is only one way to God and eternal life and that is thru Jesus Christ. Keep God first, study His word, love and pray for everyone else as much as you pray for yourself. There's power in prayer. God is love and love is the fufillment of God's law. Freedom is free and Jesus Christ is the 🔑🔑🔑
