Wally Backman was my Manager when I played for The St. Lucie Mets he’s definitely a players manager I respect that man so much he’s a really cool guy and he will fight for his players and for his team as you can see

He's basically telling Wally that the verbal abuse doesn't phase him, and to feel free to keep going, because he'll just write it all down in the report, and let the league handle the discipline.

That was a great response. I actually thought the umpire handled the whole situation pretty well. He saw that Wally was about to lose it, poked Wally (verbally) juuuust hard enough to get Wally to blow his stack ("What are you talking about?"), threw him out (correctly - the magic word "you," when preceded by the other magic word "fuck" makes an ejection basically automatic), then stood in and took the abuse without backing down but without getting angry, either. "It's cool - keep talking - it's all going in my report - in my report to the league - yeah, keep talking...no, I'm not running out of ink...don't worry...you can keep talking...plenty of ink...not in any hurry...I'll spend all night on my report to the league if need be...you just keep talkin'..."
