We believe it'll have the D13 IPS1350: www.volvopenta.com/about-us/news-media/press-releases/2020/jan/volvo-penta-s-new-edition-d13-ips1350-now-powering-larger-semi-d/
It's great isn't it, can't wait to see it for real. We expect it to be priced between $10M -> $12M USD looking at the competition. I expect we'll know the list price by the summer. :)
that is a beautiful boat rendering & I love how sides fold down more beach deck revealing tender storage+ lots of glass/more volume per deck & fancy hull.
I love it, love it, love it!! One question. How do you get to the foredeck? There doesn’t appear to be any side decks. The gunwale connects to the bottom of the windshield.
Hi Andy, we agree it does look like in these renders. I suspect when the first hull emerges from the shipyard there will be a narrow walkway either side of the wheelhouse that will allow the crew to access the foredeck. They probably de-emphasised that in this render. Let's wait and see, shouldn't be too long now :D
wide long windows look good but cost terrible & not strong enough. If u r tightly docked u need a way to pull out tender & toy from top side still. American docking on the sides also means need a way to still empty garage from top side.
