Edinburgh-North Berwick, during a gap in availability of class 322s. (the Wikipedia page on the class 322s explains all). Parallels can be drawn with the current class 67-hauled Fife circle trains. I wonder why Scotrail don't just go the whole hog and get their own locos and stock for these and the sleeper services, instead of having to hire locomotives from EWS all the time.
