I saw someone with a eviction notice on their door, it was difficult to see🙁. Just knowing that if they worked at Walmart and invested in the 401k at 6% for at least 1 year they would definitely be able to pay off the amount necessary to keep their primary residence. Times are really tough for many people and we have to be prepared on offense and defense. " Prepare for what you see & You don't see, because life is happening, its no longer a game, but you are definitely in the game, so stay prepared offensively ( having money saved up) and defensively ( having accounts stashed away with benefits that can help)".
