A little about me:
My name is Helen, I am 58 and my channel is all things my life. 💕 My channel, formerly called "Weigh To Go" focused mostly on my on going weight loss journey but I changed the name of my channel recently to included other content as well such as my wonderful husband and family, our rescue cat Whiskey, renovations to our 1970s bungalow, which we purchased in September 2023, trips, grocery and shopping hauls, day in the life, meal prep, what I eat, taste tests, traveling, unboxing, decorating, self care or just chit chat.
My husband Fred have been married nearly 35 years, together for 41 and have 2 grown daughters Laura and Jessica. We live in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada 🇨🇦
