Hi I just bored I received the Keurig k latte machine with frother and I just got discourage a few minutes ago I just got up enough nerve to use it cuz I didn't want to have a user feel from the beginning but I believe I had a couple of them and I put it up I cut the I put the water in the rest I put the water in the water tank I filled it to the max I put the cup underneath the machine I didn't put a Keurig cup in there I just wanted to start it from beginning to make a latte and that's first to tell you to clean the machine I mean let cold water that water runs through the machine I'm so upset I don't even know where to begin I'm just stumbling over my words but I worked with it for about 30 minutes but the lights are not coming on when I plug it in the power light goes on but the rest of the lights are not flashing on and off and I'm usually a visual learner right away but this here is like I had a fail several times I unplugged it I heard one person say unplug it to reset it cuz I think I messed up the first time I put a K-Cup and a cake cup in there and I forgot I don't know I just had a a user screw up so I need to see something from start to finish I saw the one with your unbox it but I want something from start to finish to see where I went wrong I was trying to actually follow the part where they had brew and up there got latte so I got kind of like was kind of like conflicting at first I know it was like elementary but to me I guess I was excited and I wanted to work right but it didn't turn it on and made a little noise and then it shut off but no lights came on and this is just to clean it after I found out what I did I had a K-Cup in there by mistake unplugged it and waited for like 10 seconds 15 seconds and plug it again I said maybe if I plug it in and restart it to make a long long story short tell me where did I go wrong I hope and pray I don't have to take this back I got it from Best buys I went and picked it up I have to order it and I was very excited so I've been watching some of your videos so I set up I'm going to ask him yesterday that I'm going to ask him maybe something just simple if it's a user faulty and maybe because I put the cake of I left I had a K-Cup in there and I wasn't aware of it when I went to clean it I don't know all I know is when I plug it in the power light comes on but no other lights come on how come is that to really add it up cuz I know this is a lot of mumbo jumbo that you might be seeing because I'm upset and I trip over my words when I get upset I'm a perfectionist at heart when things like that go wrong it's like wow especially after visually looking at it cuz like I said I'm a visual learner I just want to know how come the lights are not lighting up when I plug in plug it in and push the power button on all the rest of the lights are not flashing and I saw one on your detailed video I looked at it twice they were lighting up what am I doing wrong this is something wrong with the product

Thanks to you I learned how to make latte in my Keurig and now I need help to Descale cause I had this machine on Xmas and I never Descale before. I know you have video about this but I don't how to find it Thanksin advance. .

I have this Machine for some reason it stop dispensing water, I cleaned the needles like you showed in the video and still to no avail. All the lights stay lit and it sounds like its brewing but nothing comes out. Does that mean its time for a new one.

Great review! I highly recommend an Ember cup. I love mine so so much and always have a hot sip of coffee no matter what. Almost 5 hours later and I am still on the same cup of coffee and it is piping hot!

My milk frother doesn’t seem to be working, I’ve checked all the basic troubleshooting but we can’t figure out why it isn’t working. We’ve only had the machine for no longer than a week

What a killer review !!! I had no idea about removing the drip try to fit a travel mug. Well though out, for sure. I got this to replace my original Keurig and it took about a week to arrive. That week was tough without my Keurig lol !

Which one would you recommend this one or the Express, leaving the latte features out.

This is a stupid questions as I have purchase multiple Keuirgs. When you purchase this does the water revisor come with the basket that holds the filter item? I went to Best Buy and bought this coming home with no filter basket. I went back and the only other one they has same thing no basket. I know its not price bc many years ago i bought a cheap version that came with the basket. The basket is where you keeps those filter chorcal pods. Edit: read so many comments and saw that you created a filter video. Thanks for that. To any consumer about to but this. I was also happy about the latte thing for the forthier. That would be nice but the fact you have to buy a starter kit, filter basket is BS. ThankGod I returned it. No matter which version i bought the basket was included. I also have filter on main water system but do you use all the water in the resvior, no you dont that is why they have that. I am disappointed.
