"you being rude! You're being mean! I 'm not resisting!" You stole, you resisted, you lied and now you're mad they arent buying your little innocent act.
I was in boot-camp, I got seen for a brief moment picking my nose at MCRD and I had to do "get bent" , a term used when you deviate from proper behavior. I had to get on the ground and do push-ups. Years later I realize how important service to our Country is. We have it good.
i often wonder when watching these videos do the thieves know they are on youtube id have a wall of shame at the stores entrance with photo, name and link to the video so anyone entering the store can see who has been nabbed and watch them get arrested
The lightning fast reflex on her going for a gun in the bag was wild too. He just knew instinctively you can't play around when someone acts like this. Legendary cop. I want clones of him all over the country. Unique accent too please.
And prosecutors and judges need to start actually giving out real consequences instead of dropping charges, plea deals and reduced sentences for criminals.
Amen to that! They're so used to getting away with this. It's refreshing to see them stumble through their words in a futile attempt to talk themselves out of an arrest.
Not just shoplifting, the courts let most people go on most of their charges, literally dropping some and pleading down the rest - and only holding them accountable for a fraction of what they get charged with. That’s why no one really fears jail.
Playing the victim and telling the cops they're mean like a little girl is pretty creepy when you're in your 40s. You can avoid "mean" cops by not stealing and follow their orders.
Yay! Officers are actually doing their job instead of allowing the perp to run the show! Much admiration and respect to these officers. She is so rude and entitled.
Exactly! good point! They need to know that they are not the ones running the show when they get caught. Actually, there wouldn't have been a show if she hadn't shoplifting to begin with! I can't understand why she thinks she did nothing wrong!
So many people are under the impression that resisting means throwning punches, they didn’t realise that simply not obeying a lawful command is resisting
"I'm not trying to resist" is one of the most inane statements criminals make. Like you said, "We all saw the body cams" and she was clearly resisting!
A couple days ago, I was passing through Amsterdam airport and while looking for the gate for my connecting flight, I was stopped by security, searched and checked for drugs. I just did what they told me to do. After, they helped me get to my gate. Cooperation goes a long way 😊
Yep, got stopped once as a 'suspicious vehicle'. They brought a dog out that climbed all THROUGH my car & was let go on my way. Cost me 1/2 hour but whatever, no big deal.
@@ryanvelez7285 Of course it's true. If you are polite to them they are polite to you. All in attitude. If you have issues with them then take a good hard look at yourself.
@@karenrhodes9973 You want to be right so bad, but you’re wrong. Prime example of this is Rodney King. Let me get another for you George Floyd , both were abused and both were polite. Just because it has never happened to you, does not mean it doesn’t happen. I could go on and on about people being mistreated by police, but I’ll let your very ignorant self prosper. You’re most likely privileged and don’t even have a diverse friend group from all demographics and social classes, if you did you wouldn’t have that opinion.
That’s not true especially if you are black but it drastically decreases your chances. I got stopped and cuffed just for walking down the street and the excuse was that I looked like someone who robbed a store but they released me later.
@@virginia2949 Seriously. I'm not in favor of unnecessary police violence, but I think the pendulum for the good cops out there might have swung to far in the other direction.
@@rex8255 There is no respect for cops anymore and this was pounded into everyone's head even from Obama - who famously dissed cops at a funeral for 5 of them who had been killed in the line of duty. In addition to that, stealing from stores is no longer considered a prosecutable crime. You can steal anything you want and if the police arrest you - it means nothing anyway.. You are released as soon as you can get before a judge, or even better when the prosecutor drops the case ahead of the judge. It is too late to cry that pandering to criminals has gone too far. Think of who you voted for ..... and of who you will vote for AGAIN.
@@georgewilliamsiii4677 Germ theory is a lie. Anyone who lived past childhood usually lived a long life. Infant mortality rate skewed the overall death rate.
Pay for your items and you will never have to deal with any of what we saw here! Don't like being yelled at by cops or tackled? DON'T STEAL! Don't want to go to jail? DON'T STEAL!!
do these burdens on society think anyone believes the 'im not resisting' line? all she had to do was stand up and turn around so they could cuff her but no, she had to mess about
That's a complete lie made up by Walmart to justify predatory pricing and cheap products. Ask an actual economist. It's total malarkey to see shoplifting from Walmart as a personal offense to you. It's an excuse for evil business practices.
@@DeathSpellXVIjust because Walmart is making millions doesn’t mean they aren’t passing the cost of these annoying thieves onto the paying consumer. I’m sick of paying more for everything because entitled people steal and cheat their way through life.
It is the mantra of the cult! However, it is stated more accurately as: "I didn't do anything!!" or "I din-doo nuttin". To use the word "have" in the past perfect tense is beyond their ability!
She means while sitting there she’s not doing anything. And she wasn’t doing anything, just sitting there and that cop got in her face and didn’t have to be aggressive in that manner, when she said that, he grabbed her backpack so hard while she was holding it and grabbed her wrist. She wasn’t resisting but looks like it shocked her how hard he grabbed her and he asked her if she’s going to resist. If you see other videos of cops with pepper people that got caught shoplifting, none of them are yelling in their face, and she wasn’t being combative with that cop. A lot of people do get mad the cop for being overly aggressive so quick and handling it wrong, and some people say that person deserved it. 🤷🏻♀️
I’ve noticed thief’s in these videos have one thing in common: they will argue, argue, argue to their death, when it’s on camera that they’re guilty. It boggles the mind!
They just aren’t able to cope with society, hence the bad decisions they make. They are no match for rational adults. I’ve seen so many teenagers go through this and handle it appropriately because they are just young and reckless. People like this woman will always have issues in every aspect of life.
My sentiments. They don't grab people into a loss prevention room for no reason and then wrestle with them for no reason either. It happened because she didn't want to acknowledge her own wrongdoing and blames everyone else for her strife. She is troubled for sure.
When it takes 3 people to take you to the ground while you repeat “I’m not resisting, stop hurting me”, ITS YOU RESISTING AND ITS YOU HURTING YOURSELF! The police need to stop talking to liars. They’re not worth it.
I’m loving every minute of this officer specifically calling her out for every single misstep holding her accountable and making her answer specific questions. 👏👏👏
@@Sin-D_me too!!! They too often just placate these individuals and treat them like babies. These officers were not working that way and that’s the best option in my mind!
She keeps going back to "You're so mean, you threw me on the ground, there's nothing in my bag..." just to deflect from her theft. Move on, Boo. You're caught.
“Listen and follow directions”, one of the first things you are taught in kindergarten. “I’m not resisting” as she is not doing what she was asked, is refusing to drop her bag, refusing to put her hands behind her back, twisting, turning and fighting with police officers! In case you didn’t know lady, that is the definition of resisting. Thank you officers for your service!
Stealing is wrong, yes. That angry officer is wrong too. The other officers in the room were polite and calm. That old crabby officer needs to relax. Stop being rude by pointing your finger in someone's face. To me, he went overboard.
I love the "I'm not doing anything wrong" when they've Clearly been caught on camera stealing. Also, "I'm not resisting" as they are visibly fighting having their arms put behind their backs. The "I didn't kick u" as the kick and the footprint on the officer's uniform Clearly shows. Do they think these store workers and police are as dumb as they and their ridiculous excuses are? They must
They're not suppose to be questioning her after she said she didn't understand her rights. From there on, only name and birth date is required. She need a good civil rights lawyer.
This arrest is justified! She stole from the store! This suspect can deny her actions, but was seen shoplifting! Officers who arrest fairly don't put up with nonsense from suspects like this who are defiant when being placed in custody!
Struggles with the officers but claims she's not resisting. Claims there's nothing in the bag but won't let them check it. I have no respect for shoplifters.
Hey, your Majesty... If you go out criming and resist arrest, expect to be treated like a criminal. Save the whining, this isn't the customer service desk.
So many people think they can call the shots in any interaction with law enforcement. And nobody seems to know that "resisting" does not mean physically fighting. Who doesn't know that Walmart has cameras everywhere?
