I liked Walmart when I was in USA. Your Dr is right. white rice is no good. Better with brown rice it has fibre in it. My Filipina Dr in Philippines told her to stop eating white rice. I hope next yr we will be together in Canada. Happy shopping.

During 1999 Walmart did not sell food they started selling foods around 2005...

hi sarah..i alays have watch youre video,s.i wanted to move to alberta with my wife from the netherlands.she is born in canada..i don,t work nomore but now we heart that people want to leave canada because they can,t get a family doktor ,and if you need a mri scan,it can take more then 1 year on the waitinglist..plus tax got up so high..we feel real bad because we really wanted to move..is this true? we sure need a family doktor because my wife is in a wheelchair and need medicen..pleaes hope you can answer me? thank you very much! willem and lorraine
