Chocolate Walnut Fudge
Prep time: 10 mintes
Cooking time: 15 mintes
Serves: 500 gm.
•Ingredient:
Walnuts - 120 gm (chopped)
Sweetened condensed milk-200ml
Dark chocolate - 150 gm.
Method:
•chop the dark chocolate bar roughly. •Prep a double boiler. (Boil some water in ae big boemwl. Take it off from flame. Then place the chocolate bowl over the roaring boiling water pan.)
•Transfer & chocolate in big bowl. Melt the chocolate slowly. Keep stiring the chocolate & melting until the chocolate look glossy & sliky texture.
• Take it off from the double boiler.
• add condensed milk in dark chocolate.
now mixing together. Keep mixing, some times later mixturto look so thick & comes together nicely. make sure you
• add walnut & mix one more last time mixture fute cheer texture.
• Then Set the fudge in butter paper lined box. I'm use paper box. Top it with walnuts and drizzle condensed milk
• set in the fridge of half an houre on just a to cool down.
•Cut into desired shape and size.
