From Season 13 of Walt Disney's Disneyland Anthology program we have Episode 6: The 101 Problems of Hercules which originally aired on October 16th, 1966. Sheepherding in the Old West is a strenuous job that requires a well-tuned team of men and sheepdogs. One example is Buckeye Jones, a herder who uses three dogs to help watch over a flock during the 1870s. Hercules is a Hungarian kuvasz; Boomer, an English sheepdog; and Lady is a Border collie. This seemingly mismatched trio has proven to work effectively as a team, enabling Jones to entrust the sheep to their care.
