Hello Joby, We get Lounge access via our bank. It's with barclays bank and called Travel Pack plus and is 18 pounds a month and gives us 6 Lounge passes a year. So we have 3 each. There is showers available in the lounge but unfortunately they were closed when we was there. Not entirely sure if that's due to covid or something else. Thank you so much for your kind words and watching little old us. 😊
