My comment disappeared. What did o say, RU-vid Bots? I stated the detailed history of WDWRR Number 1. I didn’t swear, I didn’t say anything unbecoming. So, why did it disappear? I’m disappointed in RU-vid for that one.

I’ll try again: The Walter E. Disney, WDWRR Number 1, was built by Baldwin Locomotive Works in May 1925 for the Ferrocarriles Unidos De Yucatán (United Railways of Yucatán) from its creation all the way until its sale to Broggie in 1969. It was sold along with four other locomotives, one of which was gutted for parts to repair the Walter E. Disney and it's counterparts. The Walter E. Disney is a 3 Foot Gauge locomotive, meaning that there is 3 Feet between rails. The locomotive retains none of its original appearance, as it was extensively overhauled in a shipyard in Tampa, and then again by the Strasberg Railroad, a Railroad History Preservation Society And Museum in Strasberg Pennsylvania. It has a Tractive Effort of 13,900 Pounds, and is 11' 11" tall, making it the tallest of the 4 locomotives that make up the WDWRR. This locomotive is quite pretty, and definitely a piece of history.
