Bob & Kelly on the go thank you! It was a shame but Disney got it sorted for us, we just wanted to show that things aren’t always magical in the most magical place on earth! It’s so confusing! We found the walkway later on in the holiday and it was much easier 🙈! But looking back on it, it was nice to get to do the loop and see all the resorts on our first night.

@@OurWildingAdventures yes Disney blues big time now Haha. Its weird we waited a year for the holiday and now it's all over 😥. Yes we sat downstairs going and luckily we were first off the plane then on the return we sat in the bubble...it was fab. Yeah I think we took about an hour to get through immigration that's the only thing I hate about Orlando airport. In 2017 we went with tui on the Dreamliner and its much better to go to Sanford airport as it's so quick...only thing is I prefer Virgin I just wish they flew to Sanford. When are you going back?? X

@@neutralfashion I bet, it really took us a while to get back into the swing on things and even now I can't believe its been and gone and we have been home over a month! Same a us then, i think i would try and it in the bubble both ways if we went PE again! I have heard that about Sanford, it is a bit further away from Disney as well isn't it? But i guess actually with the quicker immigration you might even end up through quicker going from there! I know what you mean i am a big virgin fan too. Ah that is to be revealed ... but .... we definitely are :)!! Watch this space x

It was a really noisy plane!! I sat with my noise cancelling headphones on the whole time!! Unfortunately they aren’t (or they weren’t in premium economy anyway!) they are quite cheap and uncomfortable! We borrowed my parents for our trip but will definitely be buying our own for next time!

We did pay for a preferred room so were in alligator bayou ... it was nice to be close to all of the main amenities (foodcourt, shop, reception etc.) but we both said that it’s such a beautiful resort to stay in, if we went again we wouldn’t mind if we were a bit further away and didn’t pay the extra. What sort of room have you got? If we can help with anything else let us know! We are on here and insta too ☺️

P.s with preferred you don’t have the option to choose your view, we originally got one that could see out into the carpark but I asked if we could be moved as I (Katie) prefer to be more in the Disney theme bubble! I guess it all comes down to personal preference, any room with a view of the water would be lovely I think as it’s just so pretty! We would maybe consider going for that instead of preferred if we went again and depending on how much it cost!

Thank you so much for your reply. We paid for a preferred room also because we have done the whole holiday through Virgin. Were they ok when u ask to move? Also where is the virgin counter to collect the $200 voucher? One more thing we book premium economy and v lounge does that get you fast track security at the airport? So nice to watch the vlogg because it nearly all the same holiday only difference is we are staying 4 night at hard rock hotel at universal and have a car. Thank you once again. X x

Lucie Fantom hey! No problem at all! Ah same as us with booking through Virgin, they did the usual ‘with a preferred room there is no guarantee on the room you’re going to get etc.’ But luckily they did have availability to move us. Have a look on the resort map and if there is a block you would prefer you could try e-mailing them / requesting that block when you arrive? The counter is at the airport, when we went it was lower level A near the car rental places. Best thing to do would be to speak to virgin on their webchat just to check incase that has changed since we went. Yep fast-track through security (just at the UK end though) doesn’t happen in Orlando or at immigration though which is annoying! Ah well funny you should say that we did 4 days at universal too!! We stayed at Lowes Royal Pacific which is the same level at hard rock in terms of getting the express passes and stuff! The vlogs should be us there by the time you head off on your hols! Also we rented a car for a day (that will be in this weeks vlog ☺️) xx
