Apologies for misspeaking a few times around the firing stage of the WLT. I meant to classify the uncharged shot as 1st stage, charge level 1 as second stage, and full charge as third stage.
pretty sick. I think the new patch was overall very good. I think we will squeeze a bit more build variety out of the changes which is a positive thing.
I feel like one of the only people who uses the IB-C03W1 WLT-011. its on of my favorites and has consistently gotten me to A rank haven't broken through to S though
