Im like that also here in South Mississippi the humidity is absolutely brutal and my sweat is guaranteed to rust almost every surface it touches that is blued metal
Only good thing to come from that administration is getting people to wake up & get off their ass & go vote!! Trump was right all along!! 2024 time for change 💸💸🇺🇸
JP, The Professor, Tom Castro and YOU all running this - The Professor's getting paid but I think the rest of you picked this on your own? Sounds like it must be the new hotness. My hands and wrists are like JP, the Glock beats them up. Rival S won't run 100%, Sig X5 is just okay... Really thinking hard about getting one. Tell me true @Nick Young, is it worth the coin? I want to get on a platform and stay there...😉 EDIT : bought one, JP runs the ZR captured GR, you the long stroke, just a feel difference? Reliability difference?
For the man who has the problem of sweating at the range you sir are certainly not alone at 60 I've found the problem getting worse every year winter summer doesn't seem to matter 2024 has proved to be the most humid summer in the last 40 years i am totally useless in the high humidity even sitting still and reading in ans a/c room i get up and i look as though I've showered in my clothes i haven't been near the range since may between the ear protection and my safty glasses constantly fogging up and the persperation burns my eyes to a point where it's painful it makes it nessasary to turn away from the targets stair at the ground and whipe my face with a clean rag clean my gpasses and a few rounds in I'm soaked again.
I’ve got a poly PDP full 4.5. It’s a little snappier than what I’d want to use for competition shooting. I’m also not completely pleased with the support hand thumb placement area.
You know you don’t have to touch the gun with your support hand thumb, in fact it can actually cause you to drive shots off to your strong side if you make a mistake and use too much pressure
Agree. There's a few ways all the top guys grip. Some don't use thumb on support hand. Some drive the lights out of it. Guns are singular. We are all different. So find what works. Be safe gents
Love mine, just got a 4.5” last week but haven’t shot it yet. Did not like the long stroke though, feels too slow cycling. Got the 15 normal length and 17 pound normal length from ZR and am sticking with the 17.
I'm thinking about the long stroke guide rod, but I've read that it 'feels' slower. Obviously you're splitting like a deamon. What's your thoughts on this?
Have you shot the steel compact? I'm curious how the 2 compare. I understand 1 is designed for competition and one is geared more towards carry, but I would only be able to buy 1 or the other.
Hi - nice information. Have you tried the 4,5 SF. When I shoot the match SF vs 4,5 SF both with Walther tungsten rod 50N the match drop the front more ( look solid when you shoot it) and the 4,5 was faster return to Zero.
Thanks for the video. you're not helping me to not spend my money. That being said, who do you like for competition holster for this gun, or any gun in general? Thanks!
@@VeloxTrainingGroup ok but obviously in 40k rounds you’ve undoubtedly needed to replace parts. Probably an important detail for potential buyers to know that
@@ibsexplosion4178 I shoot for Walther and have had it longer. I was also training for carry optics nationals with it. So, yes that’s an accurate round count.
@@VeloxTrainingGroup ah yep I thought that was just a generic term but realized that was the actual name of the product. Have you tried their ultra mass rods/springs?
Spent 3 minutes taking about the optic, 2 on the grips, and 0 regarding reliability and other more technical details that you'd expect from a "long term review."
The P99>PPQ>PDP family of handguns are ruthlessly reliable. I have a PPQ M2 I have had since I think 2012... only malfunctions I have had were when using budget reloaded ammo.
