I loved my walther reign but being burgled with no home insurance and losing my job due to Covid. I doubt I’ll ever be able to replace it. Now it’s a case of keeping a roof over our heads and feeding the kids. Great review has usual

I have hatsan air max, bullboss, At 44 PA , the bullboss was my first pcp rifle 7,8 years ago and I never have problems with any of my hatsan rifle, the only thing I agree they are to heavy,

Great stuff. All FAC over here in Ohio. I can take advantage of the Hatsan power with extreme shot count and skip one day at the gym. Very unique rifle. Love the fly weight , short if not compact Walther too. No regulated version here in the USA though, and at the asking price, there should be .....at least there are some deals to be had on them.

You UK guys have the superior Reign. I have the USA version which is not regulated and has a giant non removable barrel weight. The gun is very ergonomic and the craftsmanship is great. I chopped my barrel and put a DonnyFL on it and a regulated Ninja bottle on it.

Great review. I would definitely choose the Walther Reign. If you live in America, BEWARE Hatsan USA. They have horrible customer service. I tried for 2 months to contact them for a part, and got no response whatsoever. I have read a similar comment to this on several other Hatsan reviews.

Hello Andy! Love the Friday videos (Ga, US). I have the full power Reign. It is not regulated, not shrouded, has a cheesy fixed moderator, and is quite loud. That being said, it is accurate and hits HARD. I picked mine up for $450 US. Could not be more satisfied. Love the reviews, keep it up

To be versatile in pest control, weight becomes an issue. Making a "heavy gun" sounds as if it may lack engineering sophistication despite carrying so much air? For the price, I would have thought there are better/lighter alternatives (e.g Gammo GX40 package).

The weight of this hatsan for me is a big no no ! Don't see the point of it, as there are plenty of lighter, accurate pcp's out there

Hi , I live in the UK and am currently trying to get my hands on something that I can shoot targets with (so an airsoft or an airgun). I want to make sure to stay within the law, but I can't find any clear guides on the legalitys for that kind of stuff. Does anyone know from where I can find a trustworthy explanation? Thank you :)

Check out the firearms regs. on the Home Office web site.Also if its got a powerlevel that is over the 12FT ilb limit you would need an FAC, go and talk to you local gunshop.

shame that I can't finish this video, seems like very good info. The sub 12 fpe just doesn't apply to what I need to know. Outrageous that people are limited to that low power. Please revolt and get back to me.

I’ll be looking more closely at the Hatsan especially for the price. I paid way more than that for my airarms S410 which is my go to rifle. Great review Andy

I've got the Gladius in .22 and its a cracking bit of kit, shoots lovely but yes its a bit of a lump, but so am I at 18stone and a gym monkey and even I still know I've been carrying it about, but from a hidden there'll take some beating!! Brilliant videos as always all the best Dean

Nice review Andy and please keep in the inches and lbs in terms of dimensions for those of us that think that way. Had the Reign for ages and it’s “a keeper” and I’ve AirArms + Fx in the cabinet for comparison. Hadn’t realised it was quite so good in FAC and when my Mk1 Wildcat finally needs replacing I will check out the stats for the Reign. As for the Hassan - I’m sure there’s a market for an air rifle that shoots 11.3ftlbs but weighs as much as a small car but I’m definitely not part of that market. It might be useful to put in the boot of the car if you get stuck in mud and need more traction. Apologies to Hassan fans.

Good review andy but to me the Hatsan is just a Gladius with a bottle and after i got shot of mine would never ever buy Hatsan again unless i bought a yacht which needed a up graded anchor. The Gladius had the worst barrel ever known to man and that side lever falls apart after the first 500 shots and needed shims to take up slop, maybe they have got it all ok now but i am not holding my breath not even if they sold it fof half that price. Do love your show 👍

I bought a Walther Reign in 22, sadly the fit and finish of mine left a lot to be desired! At 10 yards it was awesome at 25 my shots were all over, on closer inspection it turned out the pellets were clipping the moderator! Just waiting on either a replacement or repair....

As usual a stellar review of two nice guns, thank you. I would, however, love to see a review of MY favorite bullpup, the Stoeger Bullshark in .22. This $479.00 PCP has. a 260 cc tank, 30 fpe of regulated power, and was designed by the people at Beretta ! It features Olympic quality accuracy and a 5 year warranty. The build quality is excellent. I use mine to keep down the population of Iguanas in my So.Florida neighborhood

Love the Hatson but I just bought the Walther . Had to go for price .$500 shipped and its light. Also the ability to switch cocking handle to the left side really is nice BUT ! IN the US it seems they are shipped here with a permanently attached muzzle device. I can’t believe they made such a versatile gun just in the end to ruin it with a permanently attached muzzle device. I can’t understand this and I don’t care what the excuses. I wish I never bought it.

How about a review of the Hatsan Flashpup? Walnut or synthetic, with or without QE. Starting from about 350 in some shops, and where allowed capable of up to 42fte.

Totally off topic, but today I came across a scope alignment tool, it's a Lazer that goes in the barrel (tight fit) and adjust the scope to the Lazer, any idea if they are worth buying? Even though I have found the easiest way is the first part of your tutorial, sounds to me the kit isn't needed and just a gimmick, but be interested in your thoughts, keep up the good work on this epic channel

My go to rifle for Rabbiting was my BSA Scorpion SE .177. Then I got my Walther Reign. The Reign magazine does not deform the pellet skirts which I think has a lot to do with its accuracy and I consistently get head shots at 60 yards whereas my BSA was a little hit or miss out to these distances. My BSA only comes out for cleaning and oiling these days :D

Finally a hatsan review .. also the flashQE is very light..(Maybe a review on that 😁😉) . I am also aware that the hatsan barrels can be some what pellet fussy so tighter groups could be possible ( I know you use 8.44 as a constant in your tests to keep it even ) . I know I said this before but I would really like to see a hatsan flash in .177 review in sub 12ftlb as there is only one review and it's not really any good . As always great review 👍.

I think I was unfortunate with the Walther I brought I couldn't hit the target . I tried different silencers on it and even no silencer which was better but in the end I took it back and exchanged , shame because I really liked the size/weight and feel of it 😷

“There’s always something to suit everyone.” I will say (though generally I agree) I fall in the smallest crack there might be in the market right now: The “I want either a multi-pump pneumatic or CO2 Bullpup” camp. It might be ridiculous, but I just cant bring myself to take the PCP Plunge just yet, but still want a nice, small-ish Bullpup!

I fell in love with the Walther Reign at the very first moment I saw the first picture of it online. I love the looks of it - kinda sci-fi, if you look at it like me. And black polymer is a plus to me. The relatively high price of it was the only negative I could find. But I would surely not mind having a Hatsan, for that price, either.. A massive thank you once qgain to Andy and crew! Sweet review once again!

@@engineeredlifeform Utter junk from Shotguns to air rifles no proper metal used.Iv owned to my own detriment and cost Hatsan Semi Auto 12 -Returned Hatsan Model 60 with barrel drilled off centre-Returned Hatsan Galatation PCP continuous leak and hammer issue-Returned Un lucky No Chance just Turkish junk that's with out mentioning the awful Webley copies they tried doing.Nope never again the quality is just not there.

got mine monday looked and felt great in .177 zeroed in the scope put a Weirach silencer on couldnt hit anything, Took it back to my local dealer who give superb customer service and explained the parralux on the scope is out and they immediately noticed the pellets are clipping the end of the silencer so they sre keeping it and checking it out and the Hawke Scope. I know they will get to the bottom of it but apart from looks very dissapointing to date

@@stanperry2591 maybe ask them to send it back to the factory for it to be put right as it should be still in warranty mate.. Because it should not be doing what you described maybe they can fix it or they will have to give you a new one... If they don't try talking to trading standards mate..

I think most real MEN would luv to see a review on a quality target rifle. Some of those are 5 kg, heavy enough for the real man and can hit Olympic size bulls up to 50 yards so, I am told. A review would confirm that. How about next week?

The trigger sear spring on my Walther Terrus has broken,the factory say its in stock(and yes i have the part number) the UK importer/disttributor is a total waste of space so for me that Hatsan would be a better choice! I suppose i could use like a cricket bat though to hit pellets down range!
