It's a regular seasonal mock that I spent £600 on batting coaching a few years ago in the winter! And then had my worst season ever with the willow....
@@thecricketingbison6418 thats cricket mate. I played myself many moons ago. Hit 22 in one game but all in one over. Must have been around 20. We played against a team in a lovely ground near Tunbridge Wells. Village church and all. The oppo had this west indian pacebowler, who was more than quick. I batted no. 8 and hit hit for 3 Sixes and a 4 all over the slips. Was out 5th ball. Believe me, he was well chuffed when i messed up his bowling figures. Still bought messed a beer afterwards and laughed his head off. Hope you enjoy 'donkey of them week' and the lovely cold cider. Thats cricket...all the best Dave
I wouldn’t mind coming to umpire one of your matches. This last Winter I gained my ECB level 2 accreditation! My Club Great Dalby play in the GM South Notts league and the league are trialling that each club in Division H has their own umpire and the incentive is every time you have your own umpire in attendance you gain one extra point, food for thought.😀

I cannot believe that Anil tempted Red Cap into giving his wicket away. Imagine my shock. I didn’t see that coming. Much. Sarcasm aside, for that very reason, wasn’t it even suggested that Anil come into the attack earlier than usual? For some reason I’ve been missing videos, catching up - glad to see you back for another season of thrills and spills.

my god you blokes carry on you are lucky you do not have official umpires ... they would not tolerate some of the crap the teams in your league including you guys do with appeals and follow up dissent but i guess you take your village comp seriously ...oh and i played club cricket for in Australia 25 years ... just an observation
Guess that's half the issue. Having official umpires removes the thought of cheating completely from the game. At the moment, decisions that look to be 'plumb' and not given are accused of cheating, when actually the umpire may just be not very good!
Umpire had been bought out or something. Either he’s blind, pure crap, or bribed out. Either way, shouldn’t be umpiring again. I wouldn’t trust him to ump a back garden game.
There was a county wide post from the local cricket board in Cornwall warning teams about biased umpiring and foul language. Think there has been similar around different parts of the country as well. Looks like you might need something like that up with you!
