Music is a universal language with no boundaries. Music is food for the soul and the lyrics of all those oldies are so meaningful and the melodies are so delightful and pleasant to listen to .They don't compose music or write songs of those kind anymore ! Hans Christian Anderson once said, " Where words fail, music conveys...." and to quote Shakespeare in one of his plays, " If music is the food of love, play on......" ! Even the old time movies are so wholesome , especially the musical ones which have good story lines with no violence or " bad" words . One never tires of listening to good music and the 3 songs that come to mind at this moment are, " The Carnival Has Ended" , " Eternally" and " Edelweiss."
