Nice collection of wampee trees, George! I finally managed to get a couple of wampees here in the UK, they are seedlings, but hopefully one day they might fruit 🤞 I'll definitely be interested to see how your seedling trees do.

Hey George thanks for the video. My Yeem Pay in SEQ is growing really fast. It’s about 2m tall but it’s growing vertical, no side branches like your Guy Sam. Did you cut your Guy Sam to encourage branching?

All mine also have a vertical growth habit. I took out a central leader from my oldest tree a year ago.

Hi George! Thanks for showing us your wampee collection. It certainly seems like very interesting flavour. Beautiful glossy foliage, too!

G'day! I think I have a similar climate if not slightly cooler climate to you over here in SW Western Australia, I'm trying to grow everything that you have here and I'm building my own micro-climate for it! Have you tried growing Santol or Lychee in Melbourne? Cheers! (my Santol from Daley's has done tremendously well here!)

Santol and almost any tropical do great when it's warm out. Come June, and they slowly wither away in cooler climates. Erdon Lee lychee is too cold sensitive for Melbourne, Tai So, and Bosworth are fine.

Nice video. I had some wampee seeds that took 18 months to germinate. Thought they were duds but all of a sudden some started sprouting after a year of sitting in moist orchid moss. Just had a couple more germinate and it's been 18+ months since I started germinating them.
