That skrull is either sent by Nick so they can warn Monica about a possible skrulls hiding among the humans. Or she’s either a new villain who’s gonna deceive Monica so she can lock her up, disguise as her and infiltrate the SWORD. Either way this scene is definitely setting up the Secret invasion.

It is setting up captain marvel 2 Because she was sent by and old friend of her mother which would be carol danvers, She is going to captain marvel two because she’s casted in it Maria and fury were probably friends later on but she said old friend

One detail they did well is that Monica was not surprised at all that she was a Skrull given that Monica already knew about them since childhood.

When the Skrull pointed upward, I almost thought she was pointing to the movie screen and that it was gonna be a portal into some world full of movie tropes that Monica was gonna travel through during the sequel.

Never heard of Super Skrull until I played Marvel vs Capcom 3. Capcom chose to put him in the game since he possess all power of Fantastic Four so no need to redundantly putting each member of all F4

Darcy just vanished about "Debriefs are for the week" and I think she's still acting and talking like she's in a sitcom. And Director Hayward is now arrested for attempting murder and stealing vibrenium. He'll loose his badge and SWORD will be shut down. He'll be in jail for a long time..........
