Monica, (Geraldine) is the daughter of Captain Marvels best friend Maria who passed away 2 years after the blip (2020) and Monica returned from the blip 3 years later, (2023).

The Snap and The Blip are 2 separate events: The Snap was Thanos wiping out half the universe, The Blip was Hulk bringing everyone back.

Uh, no that is not correct. The Blip is what they call the 5 year gap of everyone being gone. The universe doesn't know about the actual snaps that took place, all they know if people disappeared and then came back.

So the Snap is what they refer to the actual action of Thanos snapping. The Blip is the phenomenon where everyone was gone for 5 years. The Blip was the result from the Snap.

I remember you guys mention watching Captain Marvel in the beginning of your Journey, thats why you dont remember Monica, she was a little girl in that time line in the middle of 90's, its hard to remember all the characters by the name, cheers

It was called 'The Snap' until Hulk brought everyone back. Then it was called 'The Blip' to signify the five year time period where people 'blipped' out of existence.

13:54 The song is an ode to Marcia Brady and the Brady Bunch- one of Davy Jones' biggest hits- Marcia's favorite singer who appeared in an episode as her prom date. 26:07 All of this occurred after Thanos LOST. The "Snap" made 50% of all life forms disappear. The "Blip" is the 5-year period they missed when they returned at the same age they left. 26:57 You had it right from the beginning. Monica Rambeau is the little girl from Captain Marvel who is grown up (Maria Rambeau's daughter) and was very close to Captain Marvel (Maria's best friend) when she was a kid. The original MCU Captain Marvel movie took place in 1995. Monica was snapped into dust in 2018. She returned in 2023 with everyone else.

to clarify: 1. episode 1 and 2 are 1950s and 1960s sitcoms..3 and 4 are 70s and 80s 2. vision died in Infinity War, not Endgame.. 3. all the commercials have something to do with Wanda's past.. 4. Monica is the kid in Captain Marvel..she is the daughter of Maria Rambeau, bestfriend of Captain Marvel.. 5. the action is called The Snap..the event is called The Blip..

I bet they named it blip because in British English snapping one’s fingers is referred to as clicking one’s fingers. So, blip simplifies the communication all around. :-)

Are you two going to watch Spider-Man Far from Home to finish Phase 3 of the MCU? Because Wanda-Vison is the first part of Phase 4 just to let you know. You should probably watch it after your done with Wanda-Vison.

You would have known that it was called the blip if you didn't skip (Spider-Man Far from Home) because that movie explained a bit more about the blip. The Black woman on the show Wanda-Vison is the little girl from Captain Marvel the one who helped pick the colors for her outfit

I love the double entendre when Wanda says, "It's all perfectly natural." No one ever seems to notice or appreciate it.
