Ok I know this video is old and this fandom is very small but I headcannon that wander wrote this song when he met Sylvia. She calls him a “wandering weirdo” and he just kinda takes the name. Playing off of the theory that he’s at least over a thousand years old (he was present for two galactic conjunctions which only happen once a millennium) He changes his name frequently. We know Wander has an actual name, but it’s never stated. When he knew major threat he went by tumbleweed. And now with Sylvia, he changes his name to Wander. So when she gave him the nickname, maybe he made the song to help him get more used to it, or the word “wander” was just on the brain. But he’s also known to spontaneously burst into song so that could also be it. And now my very wordy explanation to a dumb headcannon is forever imprinted on the internet

Wander over yonder isn't just a cartoon ladies and gentlemen, it's the best dang thing on tv. Wander is a character with a caring heart and a banjo! He wants to help and be friends with almost anyone he sees, including Wesley! He is my role model in a way. All you haters on this show, your missing out on one of the greatest shows ever. Like how also your missing out on Steven universe and shows that actually have meaning. Although Wander over yonder is over, it will always have a place in our hearts. Help someone out today, and maybe those helpful friendly good deeds will spread across the land!

Innit, mlp fim is is overrated as fuck. This show should be the replacement as it is more entertaining and comforting, and actually has very funny moments. Whereas MLP:FiM (even though the creator of it worked on Wander Over Yonder) the show doesn't have that much funny things in it (I mean there were iconic memes that came from it but that was it) and the show had some lore but wander over yonder has way more serialized lore and has more dark themes mlp fim doesn't even have dark themes I don't fucking understand what the bronies were talking about. They are literally meat-riding mlp fim at this point. They literally praise the show as if it's Gravity Falls or Adventure Time. Afterall, MLP:FiM is just a generic, cutesy-wutesy, little girls show in the first place.
