The Police may come and disturb you again Aliasgar. Location, Build a shelter in the mountains but very close to the main road that leads to the village and shops. If you find a good Location to build near the main road, that leads to the village and shops. Next thing you could ask Hamid, if he could ask the other man with the truck, to help you load your equipment and bricks and take it to where you want to build your shelter, in the mountains. Until you can afford to get a permit. Or you can work the land to harvest wheat and make money, by selling your wheat to the Agricultural Wheat buyers. This would be one way, you could source a regular income from your land to help pay for the permit. Once you are able to financially secure your permit, you can then take those same bricks, you used for your mountain shelter, and bring them back to help with rebuilding your home again. Hamid would help you if you let Hamid know what you have decided. It does not mean you can build a home there. You could get arrested, put in jail, and your loved ones be traumatized. Don't take a chance!
You can't build a house in your land without the permit of the govt. They still come and destry the house. The same you will be spending time and money for the re construction but then govt. Will drstroy again the house
