Yes , The police Whatever I think must be right , its probably a law .. so I'm always right , do as i say ...that's what they think instead of actual learning the law .
Yes ...oh look a camera .... let's go out of our way .. to walk right up to the lens , and say stop filming . Instead of walking away .. and not being filmed Makes sense
@Only Me - I'm sorry but I totally disagree. Police officers are trained professionals (or should be), and they should remain professional in their approach to members of the public even if they're not 'over polite'. That's the problem with the British police, if people don't appear to bow down to them, they turn into tyrants.
The problem is “The Police” are made up of thousands of individuals and just like all walks of lives you get c*nts. You only have to look at these youtubers who just try and create a conflict with officers. At least this guy is trying to show the good where there is good and bad where there is bad.
@@klashnacovak47 - Yes but unfortunately there are more bad than good. In my job I've always been taught teamwork, so I blame the good for allowing the bad to type cast the police force in general.
When the police dragged a camera crew around with them while they filmed road wars etc and members of the public objected to be filmed while detained at the roadside for instance, I clearly remember police telling them they were in public and they could be filmed . Actually until then I didn’t know that , so thanks for that information . 😏
@@modi4473 but you don't see faces, but the police would say whether louts had a go at the camera crew, it's public they can film. And they blanked out their faces.
The female officer has not been on the planet or the force long enough to develop that attitude. She MUST have been taught it either at Hendon or from the experienced officer she partners. 12 weeks training and out on the streets..they obviously only have time to train for the worse case scenarios and it shows!
I was reluctant to subscribe to yet another auditor as I need to get a life. However, your style and confidence are excellent so well done and subscribed.
'Unless you got a reason to film etc'..... Simple - Even if I have no reason, I can film anything I so desire from a public place and it's nobody's business but my own. That's why there's untold millions upon millions of video recording equipment for sale in the UK. Seriously, you don't need to have an elevated IQ to grasp the concept. The young Lady should burst her 'Air of authority' bubble and drop into the real world, where she would muster some respect - If not, she will be treated with disdain and contempt in her chosen career.
WELL DONE FOR TAKING THE TIME TO DO THIS MATE. TOTAL RESPECT. IF WE HAD MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU DOING THIS THEN MAYBE THINGS WOULD CHANGE. I CAN'T PAY YOU ENOUGH RESPECT. WELL DONE, BROTHER.
When not in uniform they have to present their warrant card so don’t let them fob you off. It’s funny how she approached you and said it’s intimidating to be filmed but then two of her colleagues turned up with cameras to film you 🤦♂️
I love how they're always so concerned about anybody filming a police station in case there is an attack, while at the same time the report comes about the Manchester attack in which police admitted to actively ignoring intelligence. Some of the officers on duty on the night actually left their post to go to a cafe.
That wasn’t a nice interaction at all.. they were ALL attempting to bully or intimidate you, the final male officer even tried to give you an unnecessary directive... “watch the road”.... he is not responsible for your safety. None of them demonstrated an understanding of the law re public photography. Please go to Lavender Hill. They jumped all over Koleeberks.
Excellent style of auditing. Youre not purposely aggressive seeking a reaction and you remain polite always. But you do stand your ground and argue coherently so the police have no where to go. Bravo sir
The police do not know the laws on photographing in public. Always say “Am I breaking any laws?” End of conversation and tell the police nothing. If they arrest you sue them. In custody and under arrest do not give your details
Be very careful with not telling the police what you are doing.... You should not be searched or arrested under the Terorism Act for taking photos but although it is your right not talking to them it could be seen as reasonable suspicion to search or arrest. To Plod has it bang on here
@@toplodornottoplod no disrespect to you, but I think you talk to them to much. When they approach you all you have to say is,' I,m lawfully taking photos in public and my eyes cannot be trespassed and I,m doing it on public property'. Please stop calling them sir, it's either, constable, sergeant or inspector. Our police station, your reply should be, it's paid for by the taxpayers as well as your wages, pensions, uniforms and vehicles.
@@misssparky5574 @To plod Or not to plod I think he's way too polite to them. It's almost ass-kissing with sir, and saying about building bridges. Fact is the public hate the filth at present. They get away with crimes we'd be locked up for, for a considerably longer time. Plod, you need to stop the ass-kissing it's embarrassing.
She can't comment as to whether a police officer shouldn't abuse the position in which they're in?... Seriously? 😂 She won't get in any trouble for agreeing with that statement.
That sums it all up perfectly...” what documentation do you have that proves what you’re doing is Legal”? The entire basis of English Law is EVERYTHING is legal until it’s made illegal. What an utter knob head. The worst comment I’ve heard this year.
You played that well........they tried to bully but their hearts weren't really into it so ended up actually listening and walking away......perfect audit!
Fantastic audit. Reckon your channel will go massive when more people see your interactions as your definitely on par if not better than the majority of the already established RU-vid audiitors already on here. Brilliant 5star mukker
@@toplodornottoplod You can always come to Scotland Police Scotland need held to Account I'm Happy to Pick you up and Drive As well as Audit with yourself You would be welcome to stay at my family home Bro But my 6 Wild Mountain Bear Dog's Can be a Bit over protective 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 ✌👍🏴
It's obvious they all have contempt for you. When you asked that one to identify, he balks at you and grimly glances down to his shoulder number without saying a word. The fact they won't stand and proudly say their name, collar number and station gives them all a taint. Not nice at all. They act like a street gang.
Yet another fantastic audit. I love how you show the good and bad side of 🚔. You remain polite all the way through your audits which is always nice to see as it's is then a genuine reflection of how the police behave like that officer that was so darn rude for no reason. An apology for her would have bridged the gap from her but she was too arrogant to do that!
It's amazing how cops can't comment on situations they were not involved in, yet they are very willing to comment on situations they were not involved in *WHEN THEY WANT TO* and make shit up - ffs, make your mind up.
Exactly, and if you ask, so its okay for an officer to abuse his/her authority to abuse their position to rape or kill,, and,, , they say "no coment" Any decent copper would automatically say, of course it's not, . The cops who murmer "no comment" should not be cops.
15:48 'watch the road', they couldnt help themselves and just had to give some directives. Telling a grown man to watch the road. It wasnt a 'nice' interaction at all. They tried to supress your right to film by talking nonsence. You should have told him not to eat yellow snow, not said 'yes sir''.
Exactly - The directives they spew are infantile and the worst thing being, they don't know it !!!! He's like a big adult baby !!!👶👩✈️👮♂️ Tie your shoelaces - Look both ways before crossing the road - Don't run with a spoon in your mouth - 👍
at the end when u get the closing copsplain line"watch the ramp" u should follow it with a puplic'splain line of "dont molester children"....gets them everytime
Yes. The first female officer certainly is somebody who is used to getting her own way, which to me, suggests abusing her powers as a law officer. The other female officer was cordial and professional. The first police officer was somebody to me who only really resigned himself to not getting his way when he realised the auditor knew a little bit more about the law than he did. The final male officer didnt say much but did come across as somebody who can think for himself and demonstrated that by not getting involved.
Also for the ladies - mate you had a pull as the second lady was into you in a big way. But she was worried about her mate, that's why she kept looking over to her and also why she moved to the fence with trees. Had you bumped into her outside of work she would've gone for a drink with you.
What is it that makes someone want to be a police officer? It used to be a honourable and respected position, but now a wedge has been driven between the public and the police!
In 1987, at Hendon, I started my Police training. The female candidates were absolutely brilliant, but the male PC's were an embarrassment. Thankfully, after nine weeks,I left my lifelong career and I still cannot believe that I wanted to be a Policewoman.
@@johnnosiennek7066 , I cannot explain how much Policing has changed. At Hendon recruitment, I failed my first physical, as I couldn't climb a rope and jump my distance. Eventually, I was allowed to climb a rope with knots in and I was accepted. Also, other ladies were classed as overweight. Looking at the state of Policing now, it's an absolute joke.
As you pointed out, a memo was sent out to all police stations advising officers how to react to "auditors" and, to use the police's arguement, ignorance of the memo [law] is no excuse.
Thank you for trying to educate the ignorant officers but unfortunately some of them are so arrogantly ignorant that they cannot be told. Please continue trying to educate them. 👍👍👍
When they try to give you directives after an interaction, you should say "I know, and also I know not to eat yellow snow or prod a wasps nest with a stick".
Why were those 5 officers who committed the sexual offences not sacked and jailed. I just don't get it????! They are all a law above themselves and get away with murder that's why we don't trust them anymore and never will. I feel sick to my stomach and I'm literally choking on my breakfast absolutely disgusting! Keep up the good work my friend as you are awesome as you are educating us the public. Hats off to you. God Bless
That member of the public is asking these police officers in this video a very simple question and these police officers are not prepared to be truthful to that member of the public in this video And the police don't understand why the public don't trust the police anymore
Well done on this one which I have only just caught up on, I could see the baffled look on that last cop when he realised that you were beating him with your verbal judo to the point where realised he couldn't win so he just gave up and left. Remember to tell them, "My camera cannot MAKE you bad, but what it does is it can record you making YOURSELF look bad. So it is up to you." Stay safe man and keep up the good work.
That male Police Officer doesn't understand the Law - he thinks consent is needed to film. Massively worrying when a Police Officer gets the law wrong.
I have watched a few of your uploads now.....really impressed with your style of auditing. You have a very engaging way about you, no aggression, just calmly stating facts to the police and put the onus onto them to either be civil in return or make themselves look like ego struck bullys.....Oh, I have subscribed too! 👍
Well this is the best public filming interaction videos I've watched. Someone who interacts with the complainants without dithering, straight talking & not there solely with a purpous of wanting a negative reaction & not being to able to put their lawful point of filming accross.
METROPOLITAN POLICE PHOTOGRAPHY ADVICE “We encourage officers and the public to be vigilant against terrorism but recognize the importance not only of protecting the public from terrorism but also promoting the freedom of the public and the media to take and publish photographs. Members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places and police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel. "There are very clear rules around how stop-and-search powers can be used. However, there are no powers prohibiting the taking of photographs, film or digital images in a public place. Therefore members of the public and press should not be prevented from doing so.”
@@toplodornottoplod This Code of Practice (England, Wales and Scotland) covers the exercise of stop and search powers under sections 43 and 43A of the Terrorism Act 2000, and the authorisation and exercise of stop and search powers relating to section 47A of, and schedule 6B to, the Terrorism Act 2000. I particularly draw your attention to section 4.13 of the Code of Practice which relates to the use of the new powers with reference to photographers. It makes clear that police officers must not automatically consider photography/filming as suspicious behaviour, and that a section 47A (no suspicion) authorisation does not prohibit the taking of photographs/films.
@@toplodornottoplod Issued to all Metropolitan borough commanders, the guidance from John Yates, assistant commissioner for special operations, advocates a “commonsense” approach. It follows a spate of complaints against the Met police from photographers who claimed its officers wrongly used anti-terror laws to stop and search them in the street. Other camera-owners shooting in public said that they too had fallen victim to overzealous police, having been on the receiving end of ‘stop and account’ powers. “Unless there is a very good reason, people taking photographers should not be stopped,” wrote Yates, in the guidance sent to all commanders on December 14th. In other words, it says, and to address “an enormous amount of concern,” the “ACT OF TAKING A PHOTOGRAPH IN ITSELF IS NOT USUALLY SUFFICIENT TO CARRY OUT A STOP.”
Police training about 3 month. They can screw your life up big time. Hairdressers training about 2 years. They can cut an ear or make a mess on your hair, both of which will heel or grow back. Getting over the police attention can and does for some, take 15 / 20 years.
Absolutely amazing Audit, One thing I would suggest is when you go out on Audits please always make sure you are fully informed, and have all information. Even if it is noted on your phone, or in a little note book. Sadly due to you not being fully prepared the copper with the pink water bottle was unable to answer the question for your main purpose for being there
Her fright of a camera does show her as quite the weedy person nobody could rely on in any situation police might encounter. She is totaly in the wrong job because of her actions on this day. The wonderful thing is she provably wears a camera when on duty herself. Turn that around with public persons have a camera, and she freaks out!
Sensitive or not, the law states you can record the police stations, if they don't like it.... TOUGH!! go and complain to Parliament..again, very good audit.
I'm newish to auditing but can see that it's stumped them a bit with u being nice to them, u could see the cogs working overtime trying to figure out what they could get u on, great audit btw
I agree with the first woman re not having the names. It would have been very easy for you to have the 5 names to hand. It would have added so much more creedence to your ask. But keep up the great work 👍 👍
mind the ramp was not him being nice it was him getting in an order coz they cannot hep themselves, when they say that tell them you have been safely crossing the road your whole life without their instructions
Bro you are so awesome and ive told all my friends to subscribe. Please please please go to COWLEY POLICE STATION IN OXFORD they are always so corrupt you would be incredible there bro
Good grief, what is going on within their tiny minds, the crap they are copsplaining with their made up opinions. I would say that the first two 'wpc' are graduates with probably a good education, but absolutely no street cred or common sense.
Is she a trainee? When did she become a Police Officer yesterday? - All I can assume is that little or no training is given on how to approach the public because she is terrible.
Very impressed with your tenacity when dealing with these assorted officers you know the law and stick by it ! Sadly many of these so called pc seem unaware of the law regarding filming in public have subscribed and look forward to many other interactions !
Well done , but you explain yourself waaaaaaaaaay too much . Also please stop calling these people sir , they would nick you in a second !! Good on you though 👍
Hi Mate, the next time you're having a chat with a nice policeman ask him what would happen - if whilst you were speaking to him, his mate another policeman came out and stated to beat you about the body and head. Ask the police man you're talking to - would he stop his police matw or join in, in beating you to the point you'll need to go to hospital.
They have a form for that. Seriously though I do wonder where they draw the line between asking you to report the crime to the IOPC and slapping the cuffs on their fellow officers.
I never talk to pig's because their not interested in what your saying. Their all tared with the same brush....I If you think you can bridge the gap between the pig's and the public you're kidding yourself Pal..
