My first time to hear about Jimmy wanjigi i hated him to death, because at the time the media used to refer him as a reclusive businessman/ deals broker, at that point in time i used to use my brain imagination of him as this fat arrogant thief only sometimes last year to see who he is, a well articulated well educated a person with a full understanding of what he's talking about and above all a true patriot
Jimi Wanjigi thinks the genesis of kenya's debt burden began with 2014 $2 billion Euro bond. He has been saying that $1 billion has todate not been accounted for. Other external borrowings that followed were somehow covered by equivalent sums locally borrowed! Looking back was treasury looted to reimburse what was expended at the ICC and the subsequent campaigns of 2013 by UhuRuto? And was the gargantuan funding post 2017 on infrastructure a conscientious fudging of accounts by Uhuru Kenyatta? If so was it the reason Uhuru never pressed hard enough to deny Ruto's win? We shall never know until a forensic audit for the debt is concluded.
