@@DV-zv4ox you man punishment for bad players what rush gens and don't care about totems? It always was and is an issue of survivor. Did you forgot that totems exist in this game? Well... then you have to count with possible NOED. Simple as that. In my games I'm doing totems every time. And now with new HUD I can do it even more safely. And BANG. Five times from last 20 matches I deleted NOED from the game just because I didn't forget there are totems.

regardless of whether either of you joke or not, that's actually a good tip, generally speaking. going down because you greed too much makes you much more of a fool/noob than playing it super safe. also, obviously still play accordingly against ranged killers.

He is so obsessed with himself, always preaching, that he is very analytical, and objective, and rational, and experienced, that he is unable to take any criticism and completely lacks self-reflection. I once talked with him about gen/healing speed debuffs. He did calculate the percentages (Thanatophobia, Sloppy,...) wrong in his video. But even after I explained it to him very detailed, he didn't admit that. He said, he needed to measure that in a game, but never did. And then he blocked me (this is my 2nd account).

You're painting an inaccurate picture of how a team of good survivors would deal with this match. There are several points of why this isn't typically how an endgame match against good survivors plays out. First of, a NOED killer getting a survivor in basement doesn't happen that often, which shows how unviable that strat is for endgame killer success. So this whole proof of yours mainly stems from an unlikely scenario in the first place. Second point is that the survivor Kate unhooked fucked up unnecessarily by getting downed close enough to the basement DESPITE getting an endurance hit from the doctor which gives plenty of distance. Last point, Tru3, ironically enough to this whole conversation, did not do a good job coordinating with the other teammate the rescue of the 2 hooked in basement. He got hit while his teammate was too far behind on the stairs as well as leaving shack instead of running all the way down with the other teammate, which would have resulted in only 1 down and 3 running out.

@@TheGreatslyfer I feel like you miss my point. DBD isn't always played on competitive level in tournaments or just by SWF. Tru3 isn't doing that neither. Nonetheless he talks a lot about the new HUD making the game even easier for survivors including solo teams. That's the context of my comment. But this game is a very good example of how difficult it can be for solo survivors to coordinate properly. If Tru3's teammates knew that he multiple dropped pallets at shack (with basement) they could have avoided to go there in end game. And then there's obviously the unhooking situation. Even though this specific basement situation is unlikely, similar situations like this occur regularly. What if the slug is next the hex, or the gate. They found the hex quite fast as well. It's just very unfavourable for survivors, which people like Tru3 seem to forget, when they rant about how the killer's aren't the power role and getting bullied most of the time. Mistakes happen. We're all not perfect players. Surely this would have turned out differently, if survivors played all perfectly. But guesy what?! The killer made mistakes as well. Do you think a pro doctor follows Tru3 around the map like that in the first place. He could have used his power to get Tru3 off the hex in time as well. People like Tru3 said for ages that one big killer mistake loses him the game, while one of the survivors just causes them to get one irrelevant hook. And that's simple wrong, as we can see here. BTW Tru3 is the one making mistakes here as well, due to him only looking after himself, like in most of his games. That instant shack pallet drop was arguably stupid. When Doc started to slug, he needed to get there earlier, so that they don't arrive when he already has 2 hooked in basement. And when he got hit at the basement stairs, he needs to go for the unhook (trading) and not leave. This type of basement rescue doesn't work like a single hook in the open. He doesn't understand this tactically at all.

Do you believe the devs will follow through on buffing killers once that's achieved? What do you think those buffs will look like? I want your detailed thoughts on it because this balance direction is riddled with potential pitfalls.
