And if he has a wife you know he's a wife beater slash woman abuser you see how he snapped at the female officer and Traffic Control & Safety dude who happened to just be sitting there ready to rumble lol
You don't know that. People are COMPLETELY different when speaking to police then ANY other situation. All you know is what we've seen him do since he was first engaged by the officer. I'm not defending him, but statements like this are so f*cking ignorant and it scares the shit out of me that 99% of jurors are just as intellectually lazy as you... He was /clearly/ startled by the officer creeping up on him in the store, I'd bet he'd of responded very differently had the officer approached him from in front instead of side/behind, or perhaps if he had clearly announced his intentions and the authority under which he was acting... might not have triggered bro's flight instinct.. The extreme posturing from him was, in my opinion, reasonably proportional to the level of anxiety the situation created. Look how it took a whole squad of goons at the end. It's because that first cop didn't establish any authority before approaching the subject. Incompetent cops do way more harm then corrupt cops, because shit like this is completely unneccessary and sews the very seeds of hate so common today for police.
whining about how he got a disability.... so he is living off of SSI, living off of our tax dollars, off a system that is not an entitlement program like SSD, but a pittance to the unemployable, a gift, just to say, "please, take this so we don't have to spend 15x as much imprisoning you. and after being shown all that kindness, being able to exist and have nice things without any labor, he is still this angry at the world..... it's a shame
Cops are wimps. They let these animals get away with this shit. Wimps. Finally they cuff IT. Should have tossed this animal in cuffs at the very beginning. Animals.
I keep cringing at the other shoppers' lack of situational awareness - a rambling dude dancing backwards while an officer is trying to engage him, and they just push their shopping cart in between. Sheesh.
I know that totally freaks me out!!! I see it also on RU-vid channels with police body cam, police chases etc. LEOS are in pursuit of a highspeed car chase with lights and sirens, still other drivers are completely unaware!!! There's an accident on the freeway and the other cars drive through the accident right after it happened, police on scene. It's ridiculous how some people are so unaware!!!
But what did he steal? Obviously he's being of accused of stealing in spite of the fact they told him a few times it wasn't about him stealing.🙄 This guy needs a nice home with soft padded walls
I think there could have been a better way for both sides to handle this. The problem is that once a cop gets an idea, you might as well comply and not act like a lunatic.
Facts. He ain't right, and this apprehension might turn out to be for his own good. In this case, the officers tried pretty hard to avoid this outcome. This is one of those cases in which ATA would give the officers a high grade for their demeanor and decision making. Even I can't argue that they were in the wrong at any point, and I have a major problem with cops.
@@bangbangninergang5644- Dude he's unstable. Throughout the whole confrontation, he's never been calm or civil. The reason cops were called in because he was on floor and cursing at others. Unprovoked. True he didn't steal anything but his reaction to everything clearly shows he's unstable. Which again he's a danger to public safety and himself.
because how people are these days with the police. the police used to be no nonsense, slap ya in cuff mutha fuckas but no more because people cry racism, brutality, oppression, blah blah blah. this is defund the police in action.
Yea it’s always threatening when they feel a person is in danger, I understand the need to maybe be mad but a person got to act with discipline tell them search the cameras and clear the problem and if they take you to jail get a lawyer theyj was being reasonable some police officers would’ve took it there lol
@Tronmotivated I never mentioned anything racial. But you sure took it there. Always finding a way to talk about race. congratulations, you played yourself.🤣🤣
I work at a liquor store. It's gotten to the point where anyone on foot or on a bike with a backpack is suspicious. Like, we don't even want them in the store. It's a shame because not all of them are a problem, but the one's who do steal or act aggressive fit this description.
Why not put a security guard by the door? Here in Brazil that is the most effective way of stopping shoplifters. No police involvement required as well: in the back of the store there's a room where shoplifters are "taught" not to visit the store again. It is a pretty effective classroom.
@@MarceloVeronezzilegal liability, if you get trained to be a security officer at a store here your training only allows you to observe you aren’t allowed to physically stop anyone and many big corporate stores don’t even allow security to interact with them about the theft
@@MarceloVeronezzi American has turned into a cry baby country. If we tried to have a guard stop a thief, the thief would cry that he was hurt, and the security guard would have to either go to jail or pay the thief. Our system is VERY screwed up right now. If we try to stop a criminal, it basically just turns into the criminal being the victim, and the person trying to stop the criminal ends up in jail or has to pay a LOT of money. It sucks 😥😥
@@MarceloVeronezzi They started having security guards at a local grocery store, and they were there for about a month until the place had enough complaints to no longer have them. I was one of those complainers. It’s cool if you like living in a police state with armed guards everywhere. I don’t though.
Legally cops have to inform someone that they’re detained. He was never informed. I’m not excusing his actions inside the store, but the cops have to do their job correctly. If you’re not informed that you’re detained, you can continue on until you are. Cops don’t have a strong understanding of the law. What’s the point of having cops if they don’t know what they can and can’t do?
@@notqt1367 Law officials run a million calls a day Please tell me how they would have time to inform someone they are being detained? There are not enough law officials to deal with half that goes on and now people want to defund the police. Are you kidding me ?
@@lifeisgood7186 Just because law enforcement receives "a million calls" doesn’t mean they can cut corners. It’s not difficult to say, "You are detained." If you’re going to do a job, especially in law enforcement, you need to do it right. I’m not advocating for defunding the police-I’m advocating for better policing. You’d think law enforcement would ensure they follow the law to the letter because if they don’t, dangerous people end up back on the streets. It's concerning that many officers don’t even know the first five amendments of the Constitution, yet we entrust them with the power to arrest. There's something fundamentally wrong with that. You’re too quick to defend cops when they’re not doing their job properly.
Worse for the idiot waiting to get into jersey Mike's. If some weird ass unhinged tard being interrogated by cops starts walking up I'm not just gonna lean up against the building trying to act cool
They're just wanting to get shot or get involved so they can try and sue the police department. Leeches on society...That's why they are in TJ Maxx...its not exactly Nordstrom in there LOL
Yeah they were born before your generation turned walking down the street into a sh-t show. You wouldn't know what situational awareness is because you've never experienced any real situations.
Politically? Do you know how much this govt spends on mental health? It’s close to being futile it is so inundated with cases. It’s a hostile environment
People who break the law so often love to do that…. 🙄 Their stubbornness and pride as well as ego prevent them from seeing they’re in the wrong and can’t take responsibility for screwing up.
He claims he went to a high school with an arresting officer but based on his language skills and vocabulary I kind of doubt that he went to any school at all...
C'mon people! It's officially considered a dialect of Standard American English. It's called African American Vernacular English (AAVE), also known as Black English or Black Vernacular English, it is a dialect of English spoken by many Black Americans. It has its own unique grammar, pronunciation rules, vocabulary, and accent and is often spoken in urban communities.
@johnreed2107 He was homeschooled, crackhead “mom” and the porpoise dad that he inherited that hairline from left him at home alone while they did their thing so he learned everything he knows from whatever the vermin scurrying around the house taught him.
Then the one officer throws him to the ground pulls him out of his chair ,these clowns used excess force when it wasn’t necessary stuff like that is why they get lawsuits all the time if he pressed charges he’d win in court bc he’s handcuffed and sitting down and handcuffed on his feet to . Smh
I was wondering why he was allowed to stay there because they’d usually tell a civilian to back away, especially if their presence was that agitating to the subject. That was so smooth, I had to rewind lol.
Why do you have to call him I want to be gangster is it because he didn't actually commit any crimes just trying to make the video juicy I'm so tired of you racist people
Leave the scene of what? What crime did he commit? If he didn’t commit a crime then the cops have no business with him. The store doesn’t even want to press charges, neither does anyone in the store. If he wants to leave and he didn’t commit a crime then he should be free to leave. If he didn’t commit a crime then he doesn’t need to ID himself
@@jimbopetrella According to multiple people in the store he was harassing others, did you miss that part? By law, he has to identify himself. The officer didn't just show up for no reason, the employees called 911.

Agreed (even if the Trump-style caps are a bit 'weird'), but he seems to need compulsory sectioning (or whatever you call it over there) and that does require coppers and handcuffs, at least initially.
