On the broke side close to downtown is just junkies and partial bangers from what I’ve seen. Only lived there til my lease was up and that wasn’t long. But trust and believe the surrounding cities are worse with trying to bang. Patterson, Delhi, Hilmar to Atwater. It just is funny except further south obviously they’re more about it. Modesto is just big and has 4 sides basically to it. Central Valley just needs to all come together and improve the water quality and continue good agriculture life as their ancestors. Bangin in that climate is ridiculous. Small hot agricultural towns and gang life just don’t mix.
