I purchased the Dyson airwrap and I could never use any other hair tool. It's just incredible for my long hair! I've never dyed my hair saving me alot of money, so I decided to save up for and purchase the Dyson airwrap and it has been my best purchase :) It was interesting to watch this video though :)

It’s about how it temperature adjusts and is more healthy for your hair and probably lasts way longer. It’s not the look its the safety on your hair. I have fine hair too and protecting it makes the dyson worth it!
Thanks so much, I was this close 👌 to ordering the dyson when I came across the luxx air pro 2. It looks basically the same but without the new switch side feature on the new dyson. A feature that would be convenient.. but not worth an extra £300! Whatever slight improvement there is isn't worth that extra!

Thanks for the video Juliette, I still love my airwrap, my hair condition has improved and is so much healthier since using my Dyson. The luxepro didn’t sound like quality to be honest. Thanks for reviewing but I shall stick my airwrap, can’t put a cost on protection of my hair. I take my airwrap on holiday in the travel bag , I get so many compliments on my hair now, even my hairdresser said how better my hair is now. X 💋
You’re welcome Jacqueline and I don’t blame you! Like I said in the video, if I knew I could afford to spend that much on the dyson right now, I would for sure! I m so glad to hear your hair condition has improved since using it, that’s great. If I’m honest I mainly let my hair dry naturally and only use a hairdryer and straighteners when I need to style it, so I think either will be better for my hair than straightening. Everyone is different though aren’t they, I just think it’s good to see the options out there. ❤️ xxx
I have been saving for Dyson Airwrap as increased difficulty styling hair due medical issues and no thumb joints the weight difference in products sounds a huge plus for me as well as obvious price difference. I look forward to ordering one TQ.

I have a Dyson and absolutely love it but to see this other one is unbelievable how good it is. I’ve done a couple of tutorials on my channel ref keeping the curls in for longer, products to use etc if you’re interested. Great review J 🥰.
I own the Airwrap… didn’t even realize there was a “dupe” out there. I absolutely adore my Dyson. Not only do I love my Airwrap, I love all Dyson products.. they really are a quality company. I believe in their technology and find you get what you pay for. Although I’ve never tried the Luxx pro, it looks like a cheap knockoff . I Don’t regret my decision on paying more! Nice video

I know this is a bit of an odd question but do the Dyson attachments fit the luxx one at all? I have the air wrap but it stopped working. No longer under warranty
Hiya I really enjoyed your video except the part that I really wanted to see was how the air wrap grabbed your hair and curled it and you sped the camera up so I couldn’t see the difference between the Dyson and the iluxx. Are they both about the same? I’ve been looking for an alternative to the Dyson and all the other knock offs I’ve seen the air wrap doesn’t work very well. It doesn’t grab your hair and wind it around the wand like the Dyson does. It must be good though because I checked the website and all the pro versions are gone and there’s none left that has a Canadian (US plug ) available. They do give you a code to get a discount I was just wondering if it’s the same amount of discount that your code is? What is the discount for your promo code?

Hi Chanice, great question, first of all the main reason for people buying the dyson and these type of stylers is they are supposed to not damage your hair as much due to drying it with stronger air power over heat. Maybe I should have said that more in the video as not everyone knows that. Im not sure if you heard me say in the video but I 100% agree, I did say that I couldn’t justify it which is why I returned the dyson. But I will use the Luxx air styler instead of a hairdryer form now on as it kills 2 birds with one stone and saving time is exactly what I need on a morning 😂👍🏼 xxx

Great question! In my honest opinion they both seemed to go as hot as each other but the dyson air was more powerful. I didn’t think the dyson would go as hot if I’m honest as I know it’s supposed to be very kind to your hair. Maybe because the dyson is more powerful you wouldn’t have to leave it on the hair as long 🤷🏼♀️ xxx

The difference is $100, which is substantial. Yet, the accessories all seem to be the same. Do you know anything about the V.1 vs. V.2 motors mentioned? Could the difference be only that and the Cool button? Yet, the Styler does seem to be 3-speeds. A rose-gold color is mentioned, too, for the Styler. But the image looks the same… Also…. The question is, then, is $100 more worth it for the extra 200 watts and a cool setting? Your $200 off is such a bonus! Wow! The only question I still have, then, is I’ve seem many current styles done with a twist of a flat iron, producing curls, but not ringlets. I’m wondering if ringlets would give the same look?
