Hi Nina I haven't been here for a while, but I still have been checking in. Thank you for all the information you give. Its been a though journey trying to maintain my natural grey hair. I have been trying different things to keep it up. I know for sure now that purple shampoo doesn't make my hair the whiter grey I would it to beI have accepted and keep trying new things until I found the right ingredients for my tape of hair. I didn't know about the crown getting less circulation. I immediately spritzed my scalp in that area with a scalp spray, that moisturized, soften, and refreshes. Then massaged that part of my scalp. Lol. Loved your video.

Hi Nina! I am not surprised by any tips, but I will say that I NOW, FINALLY have to pay attention to my hair's dryness. The hair is FINALLY, after 6 years dye-free, going through the greyer/grayer/drier stage. I will continue, by force🤣, to pre-poo. Wanted more grey....getting all that comes with it🤣❤, carrying on
