Thanks for watching and thanks for the question! Now I don't know what position you play so this will be pretty general but a couple of things I would say about confidence are: 1. Confidence comes with consistent practice. The more you practice your skills and feel comfortable on the ball (or comfortable making saves if you are a keeper) and know that you've put the time in then the less nervous or worried you will be in a game when the pressure is on. 2. If you are an outfield player and you are nervous in games try and get a couple of easy passes in early that you can connect with your teammates and start off on the right foot. You don't want to try and start off with a very difficult pass and get more nervous if it doesn't come off right in the beginning of a game. 3. And lastly, remember that this is all a game. We can sometimes get caught up in how important each game or training session is and forget that in the grand scheme of things we are playing this game because we love it and it brings us joy so we should enjoy every second of it while we still can!
