You do all your work in a calm and gentle manner. My grandmother used to tell my mother, my aunties, my siblings and to me, that when a woman works in a calm manner even when there are loads of work, the work would finish well and her calmness would invite angels into the house. The house and family would be blessed with good health, longevity, sufficient wealth, peace and happiness. You manage your household in that manner.
