"Today is public holiday in Germany, so I can't work!" "Sorry, now I need to take a coffee break!" "Work overtime? Ok, but you need to pay double, triple..." " Chinese engineers can't get close to the machine. Only Germans allowed on the site!" .......... So, when the machine broke down, it always took them forever to fix it while everyone had to wait.🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂
You are right, just like Huawei now. Three years ago, it was restricted by US sanctions on high-end chips. In just three years, Huawei produced its own chips, and was forced to move forward. It can only succeed but cannot fail

I am from Southeast Asia country with slightly dark brown skin. I was in New Delhi for exhibition at the Exhibition Centre Pragati Madan before Covid pandenic. An Indian that I have met in one of the Indian exhibition booths and he told me this when we were discussing and comparing Indian and Chinese products. I was surprised he told me this. "The Chinese they are learning very fast from us Indian. In the next 20 years times they sure be able to catch up with us" I just smiles and and said, oh! yes. India is already a superpower and China is still a developing country. He seems so happy with my replied to him.

It has to be! If a few pieces of debris are forgotten those responsible will be sentenced to death, wheeled into operating rooms and their organs 'harvested' and sold for h7ndreds of thousands of dollars. That's why there s basically 1 punishment for all crimes. Crime pays but not for the criminals.

More than 10 years ago, India bought 8 super large Tunnel Boring Machines from China, to save money, the Indians didn't require Chinese engineers to assemble those TBM but tried to do so by themselves. So many years passed, they're still struggling and not a single TBM has been assembled correctly. However, it took only 6 years for China to develop their own TBM.

I'm Australian, I've been on business many times in Korea, in fact there is a very high level of anti-Chinese sentiment in Korea, in the media, social networks... They all report negative news to bring down China... It's surprising that Koreans show sympathy for China, as a joke

200 kmh actually don't really qualify as high speed rail. All other high speed rails in the world are from around 270-350 kmh. And they claimed it will shorten the travel time by 30 minutes compare to driving, yeah, only 30 minutes. And the tickets are from US$79-198. That is insane. The company is going to go bankrupt within 10 years unless they get some kind of subsidy from the government.

Something that Jason should comment on is the farcical situation that is occurring in his and my country the UK , over 10 or more years ago plans to build a High Speed Railway from central London to first Birmingham then on to Manchester then Leeds with a huge up grade of the Manchester to Glasgow, unfortunately the first stage now starts out side London and the original cost has quadrupled just to Birmingham and is probably 10 years from completion, and finaly an announcement any day now it looks like that no more will be built, the reason is we are broke ,no money. but at least you can get to Birmingham 20 minutes quicker but not know whrn😢😢😢

It took San Francisco 10 years to build 1.5 miles of underground subway. From South of Market Street to Chinatown. It was several $20 Million over budget.
The San Francisco Bay Bridge was also built in modules by the chinese in China and shipped it to the US. All the americans did was to do the assembly work in California, and the pouring of the concrete road surface, this was so the Bridge will be done within budget and on time. With virtually no mention of it by the San francisco administration and media, all the people think the Bay bridge was done by them.

A few decades ago, China did not have this giant machine and had to buy them from foreign countries. The maintenance cost was very high and the foreign engineers did not teach our engineers. Now this giant machine is being sold to foreign countries.
