I have been using a Bilt Techno Evolution 2.0 modular helmet for my motorcycle for years. Got glasses last year, but the motorcycle was out of comission. Man, does that helmet hurt something fierce with glasses. Have an old Shoei VFX-W dirt helmet tried that with glasses, feels great! The only problem is all the goggles I tried at Cyclegear, and the ones I already own, don't fit over glasses! I had no idea being blind was going to be such an issue on a bike! Thanks for the video, just ordered some!
Hey i have a question. When i put my goggle on with my glasses i see my reflection on the inside of the goggles (i use mirrored lenses) how do u stop this
I have not tried with mirrored lens. If you still want that darker look and help from sun glare, try the smoke lenses. Those are the ones I have and they work great with my glasses.
I have a pair of leatt velocity 4.5 goggles for mounting biking they claim to be otg fit but when I tried them on they pulled my glasses off when I removed the goggles. Do the Scott goggles pull your glasses off? My glasses are a few millimetres longer than yours in the video but only by 1 or 2mm.
They fit snug, (which is nice, cause now my glasses never bounce around) but the googles are very comfortable. I honestly forget I have glasses on when riding.
I don't know the exact measurement, but check out the specs on the website here. www.scott-sports.com/us/en/product/scott-split-otg-goggle?article=2855370084113
how are the scott otg compared to the 100% accuri 2 otg? i tried the scott, fitting perfekt over my oakley(almost the same like yours) but dont like the look of the scott and have no chance to try the accuri otg on
So I just tried the pair of the %100 Accuri 2 OTG. Unfortunately for the size of my glasses, it was not big enough to fit. I could cram my glasses in but it was not as comfortable as the Scott OTG goggles. My glasses are very big, I'm sure if you have smaller glasses you can make the 100% goggles work. I will try posting a video of this next week.
Appreciate your feedback. What didn't you like about it? Personally I haven't had any problems. If you have any fogging issues, you can try maybe some anti fog lens cleaners. I will admit that sitting still, my glasses fog at times but once riding, the breathability of my Fox V2 helmet works perfectly to remove any fog. Hope that helps.
