$99….$99?! For a sweatshirt?! That’s just insanity. I got an Active Edit earlier this week that had a bright blue, thin sweatshirt with a sun on it that was $79. I actually really liked it but of course I packaged it up to send back and my feedback during checkout was “can someone please explain to me what warrants a sweatshirt to be $79???” I know there will be a little markup for pieces from these services so if it was like $45 I could understand that but $79 or $99…there’s just no rational justification for it. That shirt would have to cook me dinner and give me a foot rub every night for me to even consider dropping that kind of coin. Are any of their customers actually spending that kind of money for a sweatshirt? Ok, sorry…rant over!
I stopped using Wantable because it is too expensive. I will say I paid $54 for a tee shirt a few years ago. It still looks new so I definitely got my money’s worth. Don’t think I’d spend $100 on a tee shirt though. That’s why I stopped ordering boxes from them.
