An enquiry commission should be set up to determine what properties under Waqf Board were donated (waqf) to or purchased by Waqf Board . All title documents should be produced by Waqf Board. Any property taken over or claimed by Waqf Board without waqf or purchase documents should be taken over by the government and handed over to the rightful owners.

The Waqf Board should be dismantled and the huge resources it has kept away from common people of India should be taken over by Govt Of India and used for the welfare of the Larger population of India.
